She's been my doctor since probably 1994. She's watched me go from early 30's to late 50's. She has taken good care of all my health needs.

Her nurse should be fired. Unprofessional. Dr. Dawson was initially a good dr. But lately she seem too busy and has missed too many vital issues. Am leaving her practice for safety of my health.

Dr Dawson has been my doctor for 20 some years. I just think she is wonderful. She always listens and never makes me feel rushed. She has always been very concerned with my health, and does her best to help with my chronic pain and my bad back. I will continue to see her for as long as she will be in practice. She is FANTASTIC!!!

A wonderful, caring, sensitive, and has genuine concern for her patients. All my health issues and concerns are answered, and she's totally caring and concern about me and my health. She's been my primary care physician for many years now and i have nothing but deep gratitude and appreciation for the care she's given me all these years. Dr. Dawson is excellent. She is completely caring and expert at what she does. She stays up to date on current research and medications. I am a nurse, and I trust her completely as my primary doctor.

After treating me for chronic pain for 5 years she decided i didn't need the meds anymore even though the condition never got better. Now i am so much worse i take 11 meds a day. She kept ignoring my high blod pressure,and my complaints of new pain. she thought i was only drug seeking. now not only is my back worse, now my knees are bad as wellas my feet. She was my doctor from age 15 to age 32.
