Three and a half years ago I was a patient of Dr. Hornsby. Long story short, he missed diagnosed, was not concerned and kept calling me someone with Bronchitis proble. I have had a heart murmur since youth and had gone to Hornsby for 5 yrs. and he didn't notice it Until after I was seen by Doc on Call and diagnosed with CHF. I would not recommend him for my dog! His Nurse and staff were rude and uncaring! Needless to say I have changed Drs.

This doctor is fine as long as you do not have ongoing health issues. He told me I was a 'problem patient' simply because I was healthy when I first came to him and unhealthy within a year. All obviously not of my own doing yet I was treated as if I was a hypochondriac yet I had a medical file 8' thick.

I was a patient of Dr. Hornsby from 98-01. I consider Dr. Hornsby to be the best physician that I have seen and I don't think much of most doctors. He was genuienly concerned with my well being and did what most doctors don't -LISTEN. He researched and consulted with other medical people to find the correct diagnosis/treatment and would call my home to check on me or tell me he thought of something else.
