Dr rauth a doctor who is compassionate. The waiting time was that no problem for me because he sometimes needed to be at the hospital when one of his patient was dying.

Idk if it is the overload in patients, or Dr Rauth's age, but he has become reckless over the past few years, when I first started seeing him in 2010 he was amazing. Over time sadly he has been bad about charting, ordering the correct lab work, sending orders to the hospital for procedures, and worst of all giving me a simple prescription for something that literally means life or death for me. You can never reach a nurse that knows what the he'll is going on, much less get him or anyone on his staff to return phone calls. I wish I could give this doctor negative stars. God knows I'm not the only one dealing with this. His office manager is his wife, whom is one of the rudest unprofessional people that I have EVER encountered !

Dr Rauth is a great doctor. He is so dedicated to treating his patients even if it means staying till 10 pm each night. I have been under his care the last 12 years and am truly grateful for his dedication and knowledge. We need more doctors like him. Most people complain for waiting so long, but they should appreciate the fact that he is willing to stay such long hours to care for his patients. No other doctor does that!

They have been stringing me along for the past 3 weeks, canceled an iron infusion that I needed & a biopsy. Found out from another doctors office that won't schedule an appt without me first getting my medical records from Dr. Rauth's office because he is CLOSING!

I nearly died while under the care of Dr. Rauth and I would have had I not listened to my gut and change to another Oncologist. This man is all about business and making money. He doesn't care whether you live or die, he''ll make money either way. I have yet to hear a good thing about him, I only wish I did before he appointed himself my Oncologist. I pray for others in his care. Terrible time in my life. Office visits at 10 pm. ridiculous way to be a Dr. Needs his license revoked!

Without Dr. Rauth I wouldn't be here today! He knew he couldn't treat me here, so he sent me to MD Anderson right away. ( which isn't very easy to get into) I'm very lucky to have gotten in there because I am Cancer Free. I think it takes a lot from a doctor to say, I can't do this here. But his knowledge made the right decision for me. Best oncologist in town, Id say!

Yes there is a wait time to see Dr Rauth. I have personally seen him save many lives. After having seen numerous oncologist (28 total) the 2 best diagnosis I received where; (1) See a psychiatrist you are imaging your illness, or (2) make my funeral plans and live my last days with family. only weeks or months to live. I moved to the SW to die and found Dr Rauth. He committed to a diagnosis. He spent hours, days & months and confirmed I have a very raw leukemia. After being given only week/ months to live in 2001, I am doing great and alive in 2014. No, "I DO NOT MIND WAITING TO SEE A GREAT DOCTOR". Dr Rauth has given me years for the minutes I have spent waiting for him.

The weak ones are EZ to get an appointment and turn you over in minutes. I have seen so many patient go for the "short wait Dr" and are no longer with us. How Sad.

Dr. Rauth is very good at offering hope for his Cancer patients. He was reluctant to refer my brother to hospice, even when my brother indicated he was ready for that step. He does not want to give up on the power of medicine and hope. The staff is friendly and helpful, but was overwhelmed with patients the day I visited.
