What bothers me about the doctor is that he changes his practice location and name every 4 to 6 years. Also, he performed a colonoscopy on my wife though he is not a board certified gastroenterologist. On his current business card (8-31-2011) he lists "Gastroenterology" as a specialty. Also, he makes his patients drive (for us, its over 20 Miles) to his office to pick up a new perscription. He will not call it in.

Advertises in the local newspaper that he takes new patients. Staff interviews you over the phone. Dr. then goes by their notes, never seeing the patient, to determine if you are accepted as a new patient. Staff then calls to let you know if you have been accepted or not as a new patient. I was turned down and asked for an explanation. Staff said he didn't owe anyone an explanation. What happened to the physicians creed and oath?

He is one of the best - He listens, helps with payment plans and is very thorough with his exams and has a genuine interest of your best health and care. The only doctor that calls you to ask about you after a procedure or anytime you need him.

I find him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. (My wife, however, went for one office visit and does not like his manner. I understand he was a bit short with her.)
