I have been a patient of Dr. Amini for nearly 7 years. I ADORE her! I went through a long list of "Primary Care" doctors until I visited Dr. Amini. My medical world changed for the (much) better as her patient. I have since referred many friends and family to her. Dr Amini is extremely thorough, LISTENS, is well informed and up-to-date re: diagnostics, medications and procedures. Dr. Amini is willing and eager to discuss my questions, issues/problems and TOGETHER decide on the best steps forward for my health care and overall, continued, well being. I am always impressed! I have had many health issues in the last 2 years. She and her wonderful, helpful staff, have kept me reassured and confident and on top of my issues! I've been a patient of Dr. Amini's for well over 5 years. She is very thorough and does take as much time as I need to explain to me everything she feels is wrong with me and how her treatment will help me. I feel very fortunate to have a Doctor like her. I hope she never moves far away from where I am or retires! I know that no Doctor can treat every single illness a person has but I she is a smart Doctor and I trust if I needed to go elsewhere in case she couldn't help me, she would try to find the best Doctor for the job.

Don't believe every review you read. Dr. Amini is one of the best doctors I've ever had and I'm 52 years old. She takes a genuine interest in her patients and is totally willing to spend time with you and discuss your health issues. She is willing to go the extra yard! Worried about punctuality more than having a doctor like her? You've got to be nuts. If she spends time with her patients, of course that could make her late on some of her other appointments. I've been her patient for about 4 years and she has improved on her timeliness which by the way in NOT my primary concern. Also, the previous reviewer should consider themselves lucky that their doctor would be willing to discuss issues with them, most doctors I've seen wouldn't give you the time of day let alone have a discussion. Believe me she's an excellent doctor and person.

this doctor made me wait too long, but for me thats not the problem. Shes too wrapped up in her political views instead of medicine, telling everybody their lucky cause they dont come from a 3rd world country like she does.
