Dr. Quave, Dr. Rugh and Medical Assistant Peter are very Unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. They will set you up for bad UAs then dismiss you without warning 6 months after. Contact your insurance company regarding billing also.

They only will do as little as possible to get you thought the day. I work a 11 hour day at work not even counting the work I must do before and after work. I am in pain all day without relief and they will not help me. This week it snowed and they closed their office for 3 days and over 300 people without refills for over 3 to 5 days or more since it's now the weekend and that puts them closed for 5 days I made it to work my wife made it work and most of medford made it to work but not them . They put everyone in withdrawal and their life in danger because they wouldn't drive in the snow!!! Buy chains or studded tiresults or a 4 wheel drive vehicle!!! To be closed for 5 days and leaving your people out of pain medication for days is unethical and you failed your oath!!! I got one phone call the day of my appointment to tell me you are closed due to weather!! So sunshine is to hard to drive in? I went to your office the next morning because you said that your office would be open at 8am and all I saw was people waiting for you to open and you never did! So this office could care less about you and your pain and they will put your life in danger!! Stay away from these no good money grabbing hacks!!!

On my first visit I was made to wait in the waiting room for 3 hrs just to be greeted with disrespect and got verbally abused, he would not let me speak, I am 5 months pregnant and have cfs + fibromyalgia. As my husband basically carried me out of the doctors office while balling my eyes out he wished us luck killing my baby, do not go here!

Dr. Brett Quave is a gift from God, for people like me. He is engaging he is knowledgeable and genuinely cares is a gift from God, for people like me. Don't complain about having to wait to see him. He helps each person taking the time he needs. So take your tablet or your iPhone or a book from home.

My biggest problem with Quave and his staff, lying. They lied to me for 3 months. Not what I want in a doctor.

The Haven, in association with Dr. Quave does business as a pain treating specialist with options for on-site, out-patient surgical procedures considered to be marginally invasive. The Haven in association with Dr. Brett Quave, and the Medford Medical Clinic, is a front for other business practices. Ask about "the Pleasure Dome". Ask about availability of obtaining a "life Partner". By all means, stay away, they now exactly what they are doing, that's why I gave a 5/5 for knowledge.

AT first Dr. Quave appears to be a very helpful doctor. But as it turns out, he and his staff do not follow through on their words. He does not follow through on his words. After 3 months (3 visits), I realized he had basically lied to me. I dropped him as my pain specialist. I will say he did find me a quality physical therapist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Quaves for almost a year now and feel the he and his staff are great. Before he came to Yakima we had to go to Seattle for treatment. My insurance would not pay for that. I feel that Dr. Quave and his asst. are great.
