I was a patient of Dr. Lesica between the years of 1996-1998. I was admitted to what was called Cumberland Hospital at the time. Dr. Lesica's knowledge of bipolar disorder in children was minimal at best. I was placed on a regimen of 7 medications. Hopefully Dr. Lesica is more aware of childhood dianosis and not reporting that a child is faking their symptoms because they come from a family with both parents with a mom that he stated as "pushy and needed to back off" from her child. In addition Dr. Lesica stated that I would never graduate from high school due to the symptoms I was "faking". As an adult I am diagnosed with bipolar II, on only 2 meds and I am now working on my second Master's degree. Beware of uneducated doctor's like Dr. Lesica...dont be fooled. Your child can be scarred for life if they are given the wrong diagnosis.

Dr. Lesica is very kind as well as educated. I would recommend him highly in an area where it is often hard to find good medical care.

My son loves Dr Lesica, He also sees DR. Powers there and everyone there is just amazing. MY son is bipolar and adhd. They have helped him s much and we will always be grateful to them

My son has been seeing Dr Lesica on & off for the last 5 yrs or so & he is such a caring, knowledable, professional, courtious, patient doctor. If anyone has him as a doctor they should consider him a blessing!! We will be moving to the west & I cant tell you how much we will miss his care. God bless you always Dr Lesica. We are trully blessed to have you care for our son and to have you advice us !
