I could never be able to say enough about this great doctor I wish all doctors were like him. He listens to you goes over everything with you let’s you ask questions and explains anything you want to know he never rushes you and always makes you feel calm even when the news isn’t good he offers hope and through every step of my moms stage 4 ovarian cancer his office did every necessary piece of paperwork for leave from work always Within days they returned my phone calls always and even called to check on her after important appointments and when she had major surgery. He deserves all the awards for everything he does daily for his patients. He saved her life after another doctor left her on the verge of death and I’ll never be able to thank him enough for any time that we have left together.

Dr. Waggoner is the most wonderful Doctor. He is very kind and makes you feel safe and comfortable even when there is bad news. I've had ovarian cancer stage 4 since 2000. Dr. Waggoner has been my doctor since 2003 and I know I wouldn't be here without him.

Dr. Waggoner is a wonderful doctor; he is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and respectful. During an appointment his focus is strictly on you, the patient; he takes his time and never gives the impression that he is in a rush. He is open to questions and thoughts and does not minimize or dismiss one's concerns. I wish there was a forum that allowed me to shout his praises in a manner that resulted in his receiving all the recognition he deserves.

this physician is awesome. Kind gentle, supportive. Willing to go the extra mile. He has kept me alive for 4 years with stage 4 Ovarian Cancer!!!!!I would tell anyone to contact him at University Hospital Cleveland Ohio.
