please stay away from this "Dr" 1 I had an allergic reaction and went in the office to show a nurse to see what to do and they just stopped the med but didn't replace it. 2 she refused to do a test ordered by my ortho (which turned out to have a HUGE issue so I am now having surgery) 3. she and her staff has lied to me on multiple occasions. 4 her staff pushed me for 3 painful and expensive procedures even when I said they were not helping and one actually sent me to the er from the pain it caused (the 4th her staff cancelled because my insurance refused to pay anything on it). 5 she accused me of giving her wrong info when I had the paperwork to back everything up and had stayed in constant communication with her staff (who apparently never relayed ANY messages)

This Dr. had me fill out a tremendous amount of paperwork which evidently was just an exercise. She never looked at the paperwork. She spent approximately 3 minutes with me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Absolutely no kind of an introduction or a smile. At the end of our 3 minute visit, she sent the nurse back in to tell me to keep seeing my Orthopedic surgeon, which I only see if I have an orthopedic problem. Again if she had at least looked at the paperwork she would have known that. I hate to see the insurance company pay for nothing,however in this case that is exactly what they are paying for. I truly believe an undercover patient would be a valuable asset to the insurance company.

I would not recommend this Dr to anyone! Dr and staff are very rude! You have to wait hours in the waiting room to be seen by dr/nurse. Dr and nurses will not listen to you or try to help you.

sh did not listen to me at any point during the visit and i have a heart condition ontop of it all i was stable on all my meds then she changed them all then i had numbing in my face then was told to call my family doctor and she put me back on my meds thank god...

Very rude staff. Shares private information with other people. Unwilling to help with problems. Doesn't listen to people. THEY MADE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! STAFF LIES & shares medical information. They frequently change appointment times without asking or giving you a choice. The doctor herself seems professional but some of her staff are so rude it doesn't make up for it.

I've been seeing the PA for a year! Megann and Bill are very sweet! However,the wait time is hours most months! If you have to reschedule the wait time is very long! Over all I would ay the office is a thumbs ups!

I have had several chronic pain problems for many years. I finally found what worked. She wants to start from ground zero. New meds, new MRI's etc. I can't afford to start all over. When I voiced a problem to her phone answerer she basically said "too bad" and actually hung up on me! Very disappointing so far. I LIKE the Dr., but apparently she doesn't listen and actually HEAR me.

This doctor is terrible. She does not listen to the patient and is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this physician to anyone... She also seems to be unknowledgeable in alot of areas of medications.

I'VE TREATED WITH THIS DOCTOR FOR 3 1/2 YEARS,NOW SHE IS NO LONGER CONTRACTING WITH MY INSURANCE,WHICH STARTED OUT AS BWC THEN SHE RECOMMENED THAT WE GO AHEAD AND TREAT ON MY STATE INSURANCE SO I COULD GET THE TREATEMENT I NEEDED TO HELP MY PAIN,
