First specialist I've met with that actually shows caring toward his patients. Excellent doctor

I first met Dr. Stitz 8 years ago when I was having knee pain.I was very satisfied with the treatment that he recommended. Then 2 years ago I was referred to him again for back and hip pain. Much to my amazement he still had my file and he remembered me. He did a thorough examination, sent me for several tests to confirm his diagnosis. The spinal injections that he recommended have been very helpful in reducing my pain level for a good part of the year. He is more than willing to answer questions and explain his rationale for his recommendations. I would definitely recommend him ( as I have already done so to friends) His staff at his client and his assistant I n the injection clinic are so friendly and competent.

After a chiropractor permanently damaged a nerve in my spine, Dr Stitz took many tests & made the effort to fully explain my condition, treatment, risks & the recovery. Very knowledgeable & very caring individual.

There are certain Doctors who deserve the title of specialist and he has earned his. His Diagnosis was not exactly what i wanted to hear but then again he wasn't going to lie to tell me what i wanted to hear. He is honest, professional and kind although there was nothing he could do to help my severe degenerative disc disease he was truly honest and helpful. anyone thinking they can fool this doctor is in for a surprise not only did he help with my claim but he was spot on in knowing what my following MRI's were to show and although there is no help for me i truly am prepared for the future because of his diligence and diagnosis he is top notch

Dr Stitz is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. Calm, relaxing office. Overall exceptional care and I would highly recommend.

AMAZING Doctor. I had suffered with back pain for 5 YEARS (a quarter of my life). Before finding him many doctors had turned me away saying there was nothing they could do for me. Dr.Stitz was caring, compassionate and understanding. And he helped me reach a pain-free life by cauterizing some nerves in my back. Should the pain ever return (as there is a chance) I will defineately go back to him. I have reccomended him to many of my friends and colleages as he is AMAZING.

This MD has to be the most caring MD we have had the privledge of dealing with. He is a truly kind doctor with incredible patience for long-term problems. I can only say wonderful things about this man. MB is blessed to have him

Very disappointed. My doctor recommended him to verify his clinical diagnosis. Dr. Stitz disagreed with the first doctor. OK fine, but when asked "where do I go from here?" he said I don't know. "Can you suggest another avenue, or doctor?" No. "I'm running out of specialists" - then you should generalise & I can't help you. He did no more than he had to. Surely my compilation of tests & doctors reports should have led to some hypotheses on his part.

Not sure why I was sent to this Dr by my GP. Didn't help with anything and I am not sure what the heck he was checking for - I asked and when he told me Carpral Tunnel ... HUH? I can't give him a fair rating as my experience was one time and it wasn't for my issue. Now was it him or my GP that made the error - I am not sure. I didn't enjoy the visit - caused me additional health issues.

Listens to concerns. Reassures patient that pain is not imaginary. Does testing to try to determine reasons for pain. He was not able to tell me what cause of my issue is, though he has tried steroid injection to reduce pain. While it is frustrating not to have a diagnosis of the problem, or a solution to date, I respect that he is not guessing. It took many months to get in to see him as a new patient. Booking follow-up visits is usually within a couple of months. His assistants in the office are pleasant and friendly. He is often late for office visits, because he takes the time to listen and respond, and does not rush patients out.
