Over a 7 month period I had 2 renal and 4 pelvic ultra sounds, colonoscopy, mammogram and CT scan. Every time I spoke with or saw Dr. Prospero it was as if she'd never seen me before. She suggested I might have endometriosis and I don't even have a uterus. Her staff, particularly one named Leslie, are the rudest I have ever dealt with. I called for results of a CT scan and Leslie put me on hold even though Dr. Prospero didn't arrive in the office until 45 minutes after I placed the 1st call. After getting the results of the CT scan Dr. P recommended I have a colonoscopy (which she'd already had me do 2 months prior to the CT scan), a renal ultrasound (which she had me do 3 months prior to the scan), pelvic ultrasound (which I'd already had 3). Too bad there's no way to interview doctors before you have to choose them through your HMOs! I'm very disappointed with my choice!
