Dr. Cox is very nice, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. He listened well and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I feel that his treatment is helping.

This doctor is not very personable or caring. I have dealt with him with my mother 16 years ago and now with my father. He does not show any compassion for the family. He does not communicate with the family members even when they call him numerous times. He avoids family members when they try to contact him. This doctor has a horrible bed-side manner.

Dr. was very rude and un informed (or just didn't read test results or referal letter) We refused to return to see him. Cancelled next visit.

Nurse is a battle ax. They insist on yearly tests that are very expensive and they will mouth off to you about it, seemingly that the only way you will get in to see dr is to take those expensive tests (which even with insurance, end up very expensive). The nurse is very loud, which negates your privacy. The dr doesn't volunteer much unless you specifically ask. I dread every year making my appointment and going thru that staff. The doctor is not the problem, he is polite and professional, just not very forthcoming.
