I am warning all women, PLEASE do not go to Dr. Gross or Kathy Fair! I recently had an endometrial ablation at their Boca office. It should have been a routine procedure. I was given the wrong prescription that I took the night before. Also, I was not given anesthesia as directed by NovaSure. The endometrial lining of my uterus was burned without anesthesia. I can’t describe the pain that I had for approximately 15 hours! I had an immediate fever and vomited within 5 minutes(in the office bathroom) after the procedure due to the intense pain. Dr. Gross never even came back in the room to check on me. I was told he left for lunch. I emailed Kathy’s office telling them I was still in extreme pain. They waited 9 hours to respond. This office is totally inept and negligent.

Dr. Gross is the absolute best doctor I've ever had. I have many gynecological problems & he is always very thorough, compassionate & helpful. He always listens to all of my questions & concerns & spends as much time as needed with me. His nurses & medical assistant are also great people who are always willing to help.

Very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. You do have to wait a while, about an hour to see him, but worth it. Great doctor!

I don't know how much knowledge he has, because he never explains anything. Waiting time is sucks, especially I'm working. I had to wait for hours to be seen by him and once I see him, he barely seen me for a minute. He's my doc for obgyn and he never explain or tell you what to do. Don't rely on him, find your own information. He sees me for a minute without explain what happens to the result from last lab test or anything. If you are looking for doctor who cares about you and patient with you the he is not the one. Find someone else, I know it's hard to find doc in midland

WORST.DOCTOR.EVER. My doctor was out of town and he was the doctor on call. He didn't answer his phone for AN HOUR..when you're on call--you're WORKING. The nurses at the hospital scrambled and my baby ended up being born on the TABLE. He came in ten minutes after I delivered stating he didn't have his phone on him. Quickly got the placenta out--which surprised the nurse..stitched me up..and went on his way...five days later I passed out and was hemmoraging so had to be transported to the hospital by ambulance and undergo an emergency DNC because this "doctor" left a "big chunk" of the placenta in(according to the attending doctor) and my stitches were already coming loose. When talking with other people in Midland--there have been SOOOO many people who have had problems with him--and the hospital board has reprimanded him!!!!

Very good doctor! Be prepared to wait to see him tho! Have used him for 2 pregnancies and would recommend him to anyone but he does tend to run about 2 hours late! He is worth the wait tho! He spends time with his patients and is absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgable and very nice! Best doctor in the area!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mario M Gross for over 12 years. I have recommended him to a number of friends over the years. I have never had anyone tell me they have had anything other than a wonderful experience and believe in his ability and knowledge as a doctor.
