I've been seeing Dr. Radnovich for about four years now I think. He was so open to listening when I first went to see him and has never changed. He genuinely knows who I am and my personality. He always listens to my issues and even asks about situations with my family! I was diagnosed by him with hypermobility and he has worked incredibly hard to find a medication set that helps me life at least a semblance of a normal life. His office staff is great, everyone has a sense of humor and they are always supportive. I hope to have him for decades to come.

It is amazing the different experiences people can have with one person. Dr. Radnovich is amazing. He's always been kind, honest, beyond well informed and just a pleasure to see. . He refusals me, with a diagnosis that made much more sense, explains everything clearly and is patient with my questions and explanations. He had the BEST bedside manner of any male doctor I've ever seen, he is compassionate and genuinely seems to care about how i am as a person and a patient. His office staff is wonderful. I've never had a negative interaction with them, sometimes, my wait is a little longer because he had to take longer with someone before me, but i am OK with that. As all patients should be, because if he will do it for them, that mama he would take the extra time for YOU too. I think patients sometimes need to remember doctors are human too, they can't cure what you can't adequately describe, or they can't test. To expect miracles is outrageous, be kinder to them and maybe when you need them to go the extra mile, they will. I know i trust Dr. Radnovich to do his very best with my care, and that's exactly what i need. He's invaluable in my world.

Dr. Radnovich will seem like a fabulous doctor at first. He will listen, seem like he truly cares about your condition, seem very knowledgeable and much more. It's unfortunate how wrong first impressions are. When you try to get ahold of him (he told me to call him and let him know how my new medication was working and if my pain was improving, etc. On a certain day of the week) he wont be available for DAYS, if at all. Amanda is his receptionist and she's so darn rude. She is also unaware how to return a call. She calls everyone "sweetie" & tries to act like she's so nice and cares about the problem you're experiencing...but this too is short lived. I honestly believe Dr. Radnovich may have too many patients and can't keep up. During one of my last visits with this doctor, he did not even lift up his head and look at me (looked at his laptop the whole time) and even cut me off, while I attempted to explain the reaction I was having to my new medication. Rude. Unprofessional and cold.

My experience with Dr. Radnovich has been very positive. From the beginning, I felt confident with his expertise. He is kind and compassionate. Dr. Radnovich is the only doctor that would see me or consider prescribing controlled substances after I accidently overdosed. I was completely honest with him about what happened and he listened and understood. I feel confident he will help me from suffering with chronic pain. In addition, his staff is professional, caring, and friendly. Dr. Radnovich does not over-prescribe narcotics which is important to me, as I went down that road a couple years ago, and lost my mind, my friends, and almost my husband. I was committed to Intermountain which is a horrible place, especially for someone who has never been locked up and mistreated. I felt like a rat in a cage who was constantly berated and pushed to the brink of panic attacks and severe depression.

I have been a patient of Dr. Radnovich for over 4 years and I would and have recommended him to a lot of people who are in need of a pain management DR. He is kind and very knowledgable. I have had issues with my bill not being able to keep it paid in full due to having no insurance. But they have worked with me and have never made me feel afraid that I won't get my meds if I am late. Dr. Rad is more concerned about healing and giving comfort than he is about being a rich big shot Doctor. I feel he has been a God send to me and I can't say enough good things about him and his staff.

Our experience with Dr. Radnovich was as an exceptional one. With the doctor before my husband had been seeing for pain management had became a complete let down for. My husband had issues in the past with drug abuse so that the amount & type of meds were quite important to watch out for & follow up on. That did not happen. He was put on so much so that it was 3 times the amount of narcotics that he should have been. When we changed doctors, to Dr. Radnovich, he was completely astounded and started a routine of decline in his meds in which would be so much more beneficial for my husband, and worked. We can't begin to say enough about him as to which he gave my husband a new beginning in which to start his life. He as well treated myself for back pain post-surgery to which was very helpful indeed. Dr. Radnovich comes very highly recommend by us. Best of health for those to which need a doctor.

I recommend Dr.Radnovich for one thing only, your diagnosis. As far as treating you for your pain and helping manage your pain I do not feel like Dr.Radnovich has your best interest in mind, instead he worries how he looks as a pain doctor. I have a rare genetic disease which causes constant and unbearable pain. I was being misdiagnosed by doctors who would do nothing but give me pain pills and other medications & who wouldnt even try to correctly diagnose me or fix the problem. Good part Dr.Radnovich correctly diagnosed me and helped me find out what is wrong with me (unfortunately my pain is permanent & will be for the rest of my life) Bad part He told me because of my AGE he could not help my pain without a confirmatory appointment because of his reputation. I can sort of understand, however, one day I hurt so bad I couldnt even walk & had to go to the ER & he told the ER doc not to give me anything to help, not even a shot when I went in & instead made me suffer. That was NOT okay.

I currently take medications that could cause heart failure, seizures, or death if I immediately stop. Keeping this in mind, I recieved a bill from them & was told they would not refill my meds until my bill was paid. I had just got the bill a couple weeks before & my account is always kept current. I even offered my debit card for them to charge the next week & was flat out told no & one of the receptionists was particularly rude & stated that I always make late payments to them which is totally untrue. I thought doctors were supposed to help people & not make things worse because of a stupid bill. I guess money is more important here. I will be speaking to an attorney because from what I've read that was illegal. I've been a patient for two years & the staff has never been good.
