Dr. Mazzone was great with me. Made me feel comfortable when I was nervous, and talked to me like a friend, not a patient. I also appreciated the gentleman at the front window who was kind and courteous, and made me feel welcome. Was in and out quicker than I had thought.

Dr. Mazzone is an amazing, empathetic doctor. I've been seeing him for a 'lump' in my right chest. He immediately ordered the correct radiology tests. He has pushed for me to get into see a surgeon ASAP. Unfortunately, due to backups in the system, this is becoming a marathon. I have never found him harried to the point of not explaining things. Due to the lack of Family docs in the area, clinics are having to handle more than they were originally set up for. I think this clinic is amazing.

I usually bring my 4 kids to this walking clinic and always get proper help accept from one doctor. Dr Mazzone does not explain anything unless you ask insistently and tends to say that you need to wait and check if it getting worse. While I understand that it is correct in many cases, I bring my kids there after at least 1 week of observation and when the conditions are getting worse and I cannot handle it. Today we waited over 2 hours, and when we finally got inside, he said that my daughter has only sore throat. I brought her there because it was 8 or 9 days after her first symptoms of illness and I saw white spots on her throat. He argued that she does not have it until I asked him to examine her again. He finally saw it, but still continued to argue that it might be nothing despite my explanations of her symptoms. After that he said that it might be covid, and asked me why I did not check it. Well, I guess last time I checked it was 5 days isolation period, which passed. It also strange that nobody in our big family got the same symptoms. As the matter of fact, we had covid and the whole family got infected in day or two. I guess it was his way to cover his confusion that he did not examine my daughter properly. After that he prescribed antibiotic. I unerstand that it was probably tough day for him. BUT it is not excuse for not proper examination, which by the way was only by checing her throught twice. No ears were checked, no lungs despite the fact that she was coughing and the doctor thought that it is covid, no weight was checked before writing prescription. This visit was the worst visit ever and no doctor should treat their patients like this.

Awful experience. Went in with very painful rash on my eyes causing swelling, flaking and burning of the skin. He took one look and said blepharitis, didn’t want to see any of the pictures I had taken over the last few weeks. When I said could it be dermatitis? He replied so condescendingly telling me that of course it could be. Went on to say that anyone who says it’s dermatitis is saying that cause they don’t know what it is. When I asked how long this would last he laughed and said forever and that it was up to me to just learn how to manage it. I’ve never felt so awful for seeking help for something so painful.

My son and I went today the lady at the front desk was super nice but “the doctor” was super rude saying that he didn’t know what my son symptoms meant and when I told him my symptoms he told me the same thing, when you go to the doctor is to help you figure it out what it could be, but this person (because I wouldn’t call him a doctor) hasn’t realized that

Extremely rude. Didn’t look at me. Dr. Mazzone made me feel like an inconvenience and spoke to me about things “I should have know”. He did not explain the prescription to me or what is was for as I had a few complaints. He also went on to say that I “should even have been there in the first place”. I will avoid at all costs. I can’t imagine making someone feel so small for seeking help from a Doctor. Never again.

Note that this was during the COVID19 pandemic so this was a phone consultation after I submitted an email to the clinic. Dr. Mazzone was extremely attentive when I was explaining my symptoms and very sympathetic when we discussed the limited treatment options available during the pandemic as everything was shut down. He was able to prescribe me the the medication I needed to manage the symptoms until the medical imaging labs were reopened.
