Dr Soto claims to be a pain doctor, but is more about pushing pills. In November 2009 he abandoned his patients in Needles California and ran after the California Medial Board started an investigation. I would urge his other patients with problems to file a complaint with their state medial board.

Very bad bedside manner, didn't even try to help or understand what I was going through. Uncaring and unprofessional.

I have no problrms with the Doctor. He knows what he is doing. How many Doctors are on time, not any that I know of.

Doctor does not have any exam tables in any of the rooms. Is not a hands on doctor. Sits and listens to patients and then prescribes tests or medicine. Overcharges insurance companies by billing for excessive amount but will accept cash payment lower than what is billed to insurance companies. Worst doctor in history.
