I have gone to Dr. Baker since I was a child, and found him to be someone who uses common sense as much as medical knowledge. You can talk openly and have him answer openly. He's a family practioner and listens to what you want and where you are comfortable in your treatment. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an "old fashioned" doctor who is part of a "new fashioned" health system.

I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor! He was very arrogant and not very knowledgeable about my problem. I went to him with pain in my wrists. He treated with steroid injections and Motrin. After several weeks I asked to be referred to a specialist. He got angry and said that I just had tendonitis and told me not to use my wrist. Yeah, okay! That's a great recommendation by a doctor!! He left the room and didn't come back. After awhile I went to the counter to ask if he was coming back and they said that they had my chart. What?!?! Who does that? I had other questions that he never answered! I ended up getting my referral and awhile later was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. One of the early symptoms is arthritis in joints. Hmmmm! Anyway, I would NOT recommend this doctor in the least. However, others in the practice are good. I know go to Dr. Vandehey.

Dr. Baker is one of the best physicians I have encountered. He loves medicine. I understand that he spends every day studying at least two hours. It's obvious when you have a symptoms. He can determine problem in a very analytical manner. He is amazing.
