I have been a patient of hers for over 20 years. I have no complaints. She is always on point with our needs and issues. I have recommended my entire family to her. She always has a great staff.

I would have to disagree with many of the negative responses about Dr. Shell on this site. As far as I am concerned, she is the epitome of a caring doctor who would have been highly rated by the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates. She once solved a problem that I had which a specialist did not. Her staff is tops. Whenever her nurse Sandy or her receptionist leave a message on my voice box, they enunciate every word clearly instead of speaking rapidly and unclearly. They are very friendly as well.

My husband and I have been Dr. Shell's patients for 14 years-before and now with MDVIP. She personally answers our calls after hours and sees us immediately when needed. She has referred us to excellent specialists and has gotten us in immediately. My husband has chronic health issues so this has been a blessing. She has also seen our family members when they were in town and a doctor was needed. This saved us trips to the emergency room. We are well pleased.

I saw Dr. Stephanie Shell one time. I paid for the MDVIP concierge program believing that it would result in my being able to spend more time with her and for her to be on-call for me should I have any problems. I discovered that she had refunded my initial payment. I called the office only to learn that she had discharged me as one of her patients. No explanation was provided. This really confused me and made me feel as though I had done something wrong. I can only conclude that Dr. Shell is very selective about the people she wants to have as her patient. If I did something wrong, I don't know what I did. I had thought that we had had an excellent initial visit.

Doctor Shell is a dedicated,capable,sensitive and caring physician. Dr. Shell's patients and their health and well being is paramount to her and easily seen in her dedication to all patients. I have been a patient of Doctor Shells since 2004.During this time, Dr.Shell has seen me through some very difficult times and never once made me feel as though I was taking up too much of her time. Everyone in that office goes out of their way to make your visit as pleasant and hassle free as possible. They are courteous and yes, can even share a few laughs while all the while doing their difficult jobs.
I feel most fortunate to have Dr.Shell as my physician she is a rare gem in today's medical world.
