She left my appointment without resolving my issues. She doesn't care about her patients. She thinks she knows everything about medicine but seems like she didn't even go to Medical School.

AVOID!
Steer clear of this office. Her chiropractor husband is a total nut-job and out of control....and I was never his patient nor requested to be. He actually threatened me. I see below someone had a very similar experience as I did. I was trying to verify a claim and brought all my papers from insurance company trying to figure it out. He went into a rage.
It's really unfortunate. I had heard from a well respected doctor that Dr. Wach's is a good doctor. Not anymore. There is some weird racket going on in that place.

Dirty office, patient paperwork in piles on floor. If you complain, you will be called back thinking you are finally being seen but instead Dam iahcs Husband takes you into a windowless room, shuts the door and harasses you. Very SCARY. Women beware, dangerous. You are treated Without harassment until there is a problem, for example, they do labwork in office. Whatever paper the technician is given this is where blood is sent, so if they inadvertantly grab labcorp instead of quest (visa versa) you will get a $1,500 bill from the wrong bloodwprk company. DALIAH will NOT take any responsibility. If you complain creepy husband will close you in back room - very hostile and scary. Who do you report to? Police? Until you become a victim of the horrendous clerical/administrative mistakes, or long wait times, sure you are their buddy. DON'T GO HERE!

Do not every go to this Dr office the staff is horrible the Dr is just interested in doing her radio show doesn't care about her patients they want to charge u for every thing even when they r at fault

I will never go back to this doctor’s office!!! Integrative Family Medicine and Dr. Wachs is UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, AND DISORGANIZED. I went to her office years ago and since then decided to return to her office when my regular doctor moved out of state; bad decision on my part. Not only is this office disorganized with piles of paperwork and charts everywhere, but they also do not return anyone’s calls related to diagnosis, test results, or billing inquiries / discrepancies!!! I called this office for 3 months, about once a week, to resolve a billing code issue. My insurance had denied a blood work lab code due to Dr. Wach’s office coding the lab work incorrectly as a diagnostic code; however, it was not diagnostic as it was related to an existing medical condition that is covered by my insurance. For two months no one returned ANY of my phone calls. By the third month calling, I was told they had all new staff due to the same issues I was experiencing; at this point I refused call backs and insisted on waiting on hold anywhere from 8-15 minutes, until my concerns were addressed; I also faxed a letter to the office indicating in detail the issues I was trying to resolve. The office NEVER resubmitted the correct coding to the lab company. When I inquired again today and asked them to submit the correct code to the lab company, an agitated Dr. Wachs got on the phone and ranted about the amount of hours they have spent hours dealing with my billing issue, that the office doesn’t have time to deal with this anymore because she has sick patients who need her attention, and advised me that I could pick up my lab coding. I had to interrupt her childish rant to advise her my insurance and the lab company hadn’t received the updated coding and I told her she was being irrational and she hung up on me. WOW I’m sorry my medical condition and billing issues are too much for this doctor and staff to handle, but if they would have billed it correctly to begin with OR addressed this in a timely manner, their office wouldn’t have had to spend any time rectifying this billing issue. I worked for a dental office for years and am very familiar with insurance benefits, billing, and claims; I am also very respectful to people, no matter what the situation is, and I AM APPALLED that this woman felt the need to address me in the manner in which she did. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I went to Dr Wachs with a breathing problem. She examined me and immediately called an ambulance to rush me to the hospital. She saved my life! The next day she took time out of her busy schedule to visit me in the hospital (even though she is not on the hospital staff)! Dr Daliah Wachs sincerely cares about her patients. She really went out of her way to make sure I was being treated properly. I highly recommend Dr Wachs and give her my highest rating. David Dalton, Las Vegas, Nevada

I was new to Las Vegas an needed a doctor. I was a little,afraid but I found Dr.Wachs her office was great they got me in as a double book an I only had to wait 20min compared to 2 hour waiting time in other offices. Turns out I had a real bad back and was even helped by her husband the chiropractor. I would recommend this office to my family that is set to move here.
