This place is really not professional.
(In short this is not a operation is experienced to accurately diagnose my rash ; nor trustworthy to be up front about the cost involved. With rude and unkind front desk … Disappointing practice.
I had a skin rash lasted few weeks. When to see them , the nurse petitioner not sure what it was, and thinking give me two week antibiotics with sterol cream and wait and see. I don’t want to take antibiotics, so ask if she could run a lab test to find out for sure. And of course I asked how much will it cost to do that on top of my copay.
After they checked with my insurance for 10 min and came back to say it is 139 for this option ; it would include the lab and biopsy. I agreed. Only did not know that the wound was a size of quarter, and would not heal for months.
The picture I posted is 30 days after the shave of skin. Never healed properly. 3 weeks no result or hear from any one, when I called was told that Dr. Brown’s was not in the office to review the lab test.
Any way after a month , my skin rash went away. I really regret seeing them or let them run the lab test. It cost me 139 for taking off my skin , 60 for co pay … it is almost 200 dollars for really just a. Big wound that is too deep.
Beside I got a lab bill today ask for 140 extra for lab test. Cause what they charge me was only shaved the skin , and not including sending it to the lab.
they failed to explain despite the fact that they spent 10 min to check with my insurance and told me the price of this biopsy. At least full picture of potential coats involved.
In short this is not a operation is experienced ( to heal my rash ) nor trustworthy to be up front about the cost involve. Disappointing practice.
