Horrible staff unhelpful and incompetent. Ruiz is not better than her staff. Not professional and doesn't seem to care much about babies either.

Dr Ruiz is awesome! Support staff from NP's to front office staff are all professional and you never feel rushed. Dr. Ruiz is very thorough and if I leave a message, always get a return call within a few hours. I have to switch insurance companies and one criteria is to find an affordable insurance that she takes.
