I had a stroke and after tests I kept calling for an answer, he would not return calls. I had to go to hospital to find out I had a stroke.

He put me on medication and I gained more than 80 pounds. I was swelling up and feeling very ill I stopped the medication on my own. It turns out I was allergic to Actos. Months went by and he did nothing. I have since lost 100 lbs with the help of a good doctor. The effects of the actos could have been life threatening.

He sent me for tests at St. Marys Hospital, I called for the results, he would not answer my calls.I called for four days, my left side kept getting numb. Four days later I went to the hospital to find out I had had a stroke.
