Dr. Rosenshein is an absolute great doctor, however, the wait time is absurd! My appointment was at 9:30. I had to wait an hour and a half before I was ever called to the back Then it was another 30 minutes. Because he is such an awesome doctor you have to make your appointments 15 months in advance.

Dr Rosenshein is an amazing doctor. He's a straight shooter- NO Bull or sugar coating. He gives you the facts and educates you on your problem. He's a busy man. It's not unusual to wait and wait and did I say wait to see him :) However, the wait is totally worth it. Some say his bed side manners are not that great. I've never experienced that! He is complimenting, consoling and makes you feel relaxed. I think every woman hates going to the gyn! He makes it easier to go!! I can't say enough good things about Dr Rosenshein. He truly is one in a million. I've been blessed to be under his care.

Dr. Rosenshein is by far the most exceptional oncologist I have seen. He provides excellent patient care and follow-ups. One must understand that he is very busy and in high demand. With that being said, do not expect hugs or hand-holding. He does, however, provide each of his patients with the most exceptional care of any doctor in his field on the east coast. Before seeing Dr. Rosenshein, I had consulted with another oncologist closer to home. I felt very uneasy about the other doctor doing my surgery as he told me before hand that I was going to have to have both chemo and radiation afterward. I went to see Dr. Rosenshein, he did my surgery, got all of the cancer and no chemo or radiation afterward. This man knows what he's doing and strives for excellent results with each patient. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a gynecologic oncologist. He is the absolute best!!!

The wait time so see him was EXTREMELY long. He never really talks to you, only into his dictaphone. When he examined me I found out later he found my thyroid(it had been removed years earlier) he also noted my problems with sutures, but used those sutures in my sorgery any way which caused my wound to reopen and had me on a wound vac for months. His staff also noted the suture problem...and although in writing denied I told them. It had been 4 years and my wound has not healed yet, but because of his power and position no doctor will treat me because I had complained. It turns out that I may not have had to have the surgery in the first place. If he does do wrong to you as well good luck in getting anything done about it, as many lawyers told me "he's too famous to sue". He may have alot of knowledge, but for me he is spread to thin by being heads of departments and hospitals to really care about the individual patients needs

The exam of my female organs was extremely painful and I felt violated. I sought two other surgeons who performed the same exam with no stress or pain to my body or me. This doctor is knowledgeable but quite insensitive and aloof.

The best gyn-oncology practice in the mid_Atlantic. He was able to fit me in immediately for a 2nd opinion and did a minimally invasive procedure when my gyn would have done a less sophisticated and more extensive operation.

Dr. Rosenshein is incredibly busy and runs a fast paced practice, but he is the most brilliant, knowledgable doctor I have ever had. I am certain the surgery he performed on me saved my life. At 38 years old, I was not ready to give up. Do not see him if you need hugs and hand holding; he has too many women to cure.

DONT GO! ALL EGO NO HEART! My mother’s primary oncologist referred us for a consult. I was horrified at the manner in which he treated my mother – as if she wasn’t worth his time and that she simply need to realize she was going to die and not to waste his time. He did not even really talk to us he gave us the information by way of dictating a letter to our oncologist and then indignantly shooing off my mother as she tried to ask questions. Then, as we sat there crying …he got up and rolled her wheel chair out of the door…not even giving us some time to gather ourselves. No one should have to endure this type of treatment from a doctor. I will say that on the other end of the spectrum his partner, Dr. Ryu, is wonderful, caring and knowledgeable.
