I cannot say enough good things about this brilliant Dr.
It’s a private practice so you aren’t just a number. He’s truly dedicated and his wife makes you feel welcomed with compassion.

He’s a good listener and my lawyer told me how he saved his mother by looking through hospital notes and immediately picked up a conflict in meds. My lawyer said his mother was dying, and was fixed by Dr. Norris

I trust Dr. Norris.

Wish I could rate this doctor with 0 stars!!! Basically wasted 4 months of my life and now I'm having to start from scratch finding a new Neurologist. As a healthcare professional myself, I would NEVER treat any patient the way this man has treated me. It is just him and his wife that work together. Since my first visit everything seemed a bit off. He has bizarre theories as to what is wrong with you (that do not make medical sense), expects you to get your own insurance approval (for pre-authorization/referrals/testing/scripts), refuses to submit anything electronically (including information for insurance), he BLAMES you and BELITTLES you for everything that happens that is an issue, and will not listen to anything you have to say (he thinks he is right 100% of the time regardless to reason). This is a doctor who has lost touch with reality and thinks he is God. There is a reason he does not have a long wait list!

never ever ever asked my reasons for being there, just constantly assumed it was migraines when it was actually due to a head injury. I could never get a word in and when I would try to explain the actual reason i was there i would just be cut off and he went right back to migraines and talked about himself all the time. Totally disregarded anything and everything that I had to say. Strangest doctors visit I have ever had in my life. I called all the neurologist on my provider list and they all had a long wait list but this doctor was free right away. NO wonder. Crazy... Creepy... Felt uneasy as soon as I walked in the door.

It is just he and his wife in the practice. He gives you a full 1.5 hours so he doesn't see many patients but he is thorough. He's a bit of an odd bird. Doesn't dress very professionally, a bit too detailed for my liking. Doesn't work with ANY hospitals, so his profile here is wrong. Not sure if he's for real, or some sort of quack. He SEEMS to know what he is talking about, but psychiatry as well as neurology? Those are two different issues in my opinion and I don't need a neurologist trying to figure out if there is something wrong with my thinking and past when it doesn't apply to my physical ailment. Just my opinion
