Dr Lam was very knowledgeable about my complex back problems. He 1st did SI Joint fusion on both sides to stabilize my walking and loss of balance. Then a few months later did a back fusion of L4, L5, S1 which completely corrected my back problems and pain. Had the SI fusions not been done 1st I wouldn't have been able to walk at all.
Dr. Lam took the extra needed time to explain the multiple issues with my back and then gave the best plan of action to fix everything. He took into account my medical history of a rare disease which made it a little more complicated.
His staff is very understanding and there to help you through the recovery period with what ever you need.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. LAM FOR ANY BACK OR NECK PROBLEMS.

Dr. Lam was the best!! He performed my second spinal surgery and was extremely patient with my husband and me at the initial consult, answering all of our questions with compassion and explained in a way we could understand. My surgery went well and my recovery period went really well. I highly recommend Dr. Lam for any spinal surgery you may need.

I met dr. Lam today for the first time on referral from my doctor Jones regarding the lack of fusion in my sacroiliac he was extremely helpful kind and explained everything by involving me looking at the CT scans and will now probably be having surgery through dr. Jones. the staff was very helpful and very kind I would highly recommend Dr. Lam to anyone who might need his expertise.

Dr. Lam is so kind and personable, he just puts your mind at ease. And his staff is just as lovely. After being treated like a number for so long, I had almost forgotten what good care looks like.

Wonderful Doctor! My regular doctor sent my referral, and a week later I was in to see Dr. Lam. My surgery is scheduled for two weeks from now. I am very impressed with the doctor and his staff.

Dr.Gary lam is a out standing Doctor,a careing Doctor..and a one of a kind Doctor.I have never meant a Doctor that is very careing about the people under his care.I have been going to Doctor Lam for three years now and he has done four surgerys on me,he cares about all of us who are under his care,and goes out of his way to be there,and be helpful.I have the highest Respect for him,there are alot of Drs out there that could learn from Dr.Lam on how to treat the people with kindness like he does his:))))As far as his staff goes I have been treated very well and Never had any issues with his staff,they are sweet and kind people in his office,always on the ball.I know Dr.Lam would not allow his staff to be rude to anyone and they are easey to get a hold of of any time of the day..who ever wrote that coment below is not being a honest person and needs some help for.
sure for not being Honest in there comment.I stand behind Dr.Lam and his staff 100%.

Staff is rude, does not follow up, very hard to contact. If your condition is critical would not suggest this physician.

Wonderful and caring doctor who really takes his time to hear your issues and explain your treatment. Since my surgery I feel like a whole new person!! I still follow up once a year just to make sure everything is ok.

Dr. Gary Lam explained everything in detail. Gave me choices. Was always concerned about me. I went into surgery with great pain & came out of recovery with absolutly no pain. And to this day have had no pain in the back. Dr. Lam believes in listening to his patient.
