He is low key which is fine. He spends the time I need to talk thru issues and works
to understand them.

Worst doctor I have ever had. You cannot talk about multiple things wrong with you. He is cocky and talks down to you. Whenever I am sick, I do not think I need to see Dr. Ozgen, I just go so he can send me somewhere else. He is terrible..

I had been seeing several different doctors for several aches and pains I had been having without any help. In one visit he took the time to listen to all my symptoms and diagnosed my with fibromyalgia. He then recommended a medicine. It ws like a miracle. I felt so much better in just a few days. He is great.

Stay Away!!! From the staff to Dr. Ozgen himself, I have NEVER had such poor service. The staff double books his time, makes you wait, and then rushes you through. When I finally saw the doctor, I tried to ask about another symptom I had and was told I wasn't there for that that day! Then when I mentioned my insurance pays for a thorough exam, I was told he didn't want patients like me! I'm not a complainer and a reasonable person, but I wouldn't let this quack care for my goldfish!

Dr. Ozgen is all about the $$$$$!! The more patients he can see in a day, the more money he makes. I finally got my husband to go see the Doctor after he had been experiencing a recurring pain for a while. Okay, after waiting 2 WEEKS to get in to see him, my hubby showed up 10 minutes late, and was reprimanded for that by the receptionist. 1st turn-off. Then was rushed through the vital check procedure. After sitting in the exam room waiting for the Dr. to come in, he enters the room and without even a single "hello" says to my Husband - his patient- "okay, we got 8 minutes now!!" I didn't know our health issues had a time limit on them. Even if he was "on time" he would've spent at least those 10 minutes waiting to be called into the Dr.'s office. I was also a patient of Dr. Ozgen, but after that experience, I will be seeking healthcare elsewhere for my husband and myself. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Stear clear of this guy! In my mid-40's, I developed borderline high blood pressure (130/88). Dr. Ozgen immediately pushed high blood pressure medicine, repeatedly; however, I wanted to give other proven methods a try before beginning any drug. Through diet, cardio, and strengthening exercises, I lowered my blood pressure to within a healthy range (120/80) and have maintained it for two years. Dr. Ozgen continues to refer to my high blood pressure when visiting, although my blood pressure is not high. When I recently developed a severe sinus infection, he would not prescribe an effective antibiotic "because of my high blood pressure". After researching extensively on my own, I have not found any link between specific antibiotic use and high blood pressure. So, even if I had high blood pressure, he could have prescribed one. In my opinion, he is either a quack, or he receives some kick-back for prescribing high blood pressure medication. I have since found a new doctor.

Ozgen was my PCP for almost 10 years. Overall, he was friendly and responsive. He spoke to me like an individual rather than a number. I believe if you spoke to Ozgen with respect, you received respect. His office staff was very efficient and friendly as well. My only disappointment was that Ozgen was not particularly proactive. I had to ask for all the necessary middle age lab tests instead of being advised to do so. Ironically, I recently received a flyer in the mail about how his practice is now offering proactive services to middle aged patients. Ozgen's medical group must participating in a campaign initiated by Edward Hospital which is, in my opinion, the best hospital in the Chicago suburbs.

Dr. Ozgen is the least thorough doctor I have ever used. I was repremanded by him for asking a medical question outside of what I was seeing him for that day and told to make another appointment. His bedside manner is lacking and I was told if I didn't like the way he practiced, I was free to find another doctor (which I did).
