Dr Magee, although very caring, was unable to properly diagnose diabetes (probably due to my young age) but also compounded the problem by some of the medication that she put me on for the misdiagnoses she gave me. I was a patient of hers for two years.

She is the first doctor who ever brought up something that I needed information on in over the past 12 years!! I think that says a lot! Why would the woman above be insulted by Pumpkin?? That's cute! ?

I complained when the staff was a combination of rude (calling me "Pumpkin" - I'm 52 years old), incompetent (gave me incorrect kit for lab test), and uncaring (did not return my phone calls for days). After days of no returned phone calls, I wrote an email to the doctor detailing what was a totally mismanaged office visit by her staff. Instead of responding directly herself, Dr. Magee had her office manager call me back to chastise me. The office manager basically told me not to come back, and treated me like I was a rowdy teenager. Very UNCARING doctor who has NO ability to address issues with any kind of integrity or sensitivity. To me, the test is when things are tough. This doctor totally bails on you. AVOID HER!

I''ve been going to Dr. Kristy for 3 years. She is genuinely concerned about her patients; treats them as she would want to be treated. She encourages me to talk about whatever health concerns I have, and I never felt rushed during my visit. Her husband is also a Dr. in the same office, which makes for a convenient arrangement for my husband to see a male doctor.
