Dr. Magee is a phenomenal physician. She is not only knowledgeable and up to date on current medicine but she also truly cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to know each individual thoroughly. Dr. Magee’s bedside manner is thoughtful and kind, and she has always made me feel welcome and comfortable for the last 16 years as her patient. There is no one better in town! I feel very fortunate to be in her care.

We have happy to have her as our family doctor. She spends time answering our questions. My adult son goes to her as well. She can be hard to get into at times due to her popularity.

I like Kristy Magee but as an existing patient to have to wait 3 months for an appointment with a Primary Care doctor is crazy. I cannot take it anymore. That and I go in I feel rushed, which I guess lends to her have to heavy a patient load. But again I think she is great and the office staff are fine too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kristy for a few years. I have never met a more caring doctor. She takes the time to answer all questions. Her staff is awesome also.

My second attempt to post. When we went in for our PHYSICAL appointment as we booked it a year ago, the doctor coded it in error as a regular visit costing us more money as we are entitled a yearly physical resulting in more money to the dr. This also resulted in a copayment for the bloodwork. The doctor wouldn't reverse it. Are we suppose to alert the staff, & doctor to code it correctly? We got the bill from the office dated 3/25/14. On 4/2, we get a call from Collections? Really! Legally, we have 30 days in which to make payment and it could be as little as 5.00 as long as we are making payment. How unprofessional is this doctor and staff to act in this manner. It appears they care more about money and not the patient.

The medical assistant/nursing staff in this office are absolutely rude and unbearable. To say I felt uncomfortable as a result of how they treated me would be an understatement!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kristy's for 8 years. Her staff is very rude and uncaring. When you ask for a return phone call it takes days for anyone to call you back or sometimes they don't even call you back. I was treated with no respect from the staff. When calling Jennifer and Christine make it seem like you are bothering them and are very short with you one the phone. They need to remember their patients are paying their salaries. I have never been to a doctor's office where ALL the staff members are so rude and uncaring. I have decided to look for another doctor who can better fit my needs. Dr. Kristy seems as though she cares but in the end you are just another number to her. You feel very rushed when seeing her as though she has to get on to the next patient. The last few visits with her, her mind has definitely been somewhere else as though she could care less you were there and had a problem. After 8 years with her I felt like I was not being treated with any respect.

I have been a patient here for a few years and my last few visits have been disturbing. The staff is rude and completely unhelpful. One of the nurses actually answered my phone call after I was on hold for a few minutes and sighed into the phone as if I was bothering her. I have yet to see the actual Dr. I have only ever seen a Drs assistant. Tired of the attitude and completely lack of interest or care in my medical problems. Time to move on.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Kristy Magee since 2005, to say her staff is rude, and unprofessional is an understatement. I had my annual exam in Feb everything seemed pretty normal, was given script for lab work (incomplete to what I had requested)& a referral to Ortho. When my lab work came back the nurse (who didn't her name) was rude, told me my total cholesterol was slightly elevated but refused to give me a breakdown of what my numbers were. I asked if there was anything I could do "eat a low fat diet", when I asked the nurse if she knew what my diet was she simply told me harshly to eat a low fat diet. Well fast forward to May I developed a mucocielle on my lip saw the NP and was rudely told it was an ulcer that needed an oral surgeon's attention, was told an ENT would not even touch it and she could not refer me to an oral surgeon to have it taken care of. Guess what ... ENT's routinelly treat mucocielle's. Needless to say I will not be seeing anyone at this practice again.

Love this office. The people in it are friendly, I feel that the doctor truely has my best interest at heart and I never feel rushed. I have been a patient of Dr. Kristy's for 6 years and have referred friends and family to both her and her husband. I Felt kind of bad reading all negative reviews, because I know a lot of people who come here and say great things. I guess what people should keep on mind is, people won't always take time out of thier day to write a nice comment about something when they are satisfied with service, but they will most certainly take a minute to write a negative review when they are pissed off.
