This guy was amazing. He treated a family member of mine who was in great shock and pain with a combination of professional skill and just good bedside manners. I was put at ease right from the start! The follow-up was bang on with the Orthapedic Surgeon and all my questions are answered! We are in good hands here! BTW his staff obviously love this guy!

Dr. Loreto is the first ER doctor that did not leave a sour taste in my mouth. He more-than took care of my baby and her dance injury and was very good at explaining exactly what had happened and how it was to be fixed. He took the time to check on her and had us come back in so that he could see her again for follow up even though he is an ER doctor. Definitely wish he had a practice because I would be all over that if he did!!

Dr. Loreto was bang on with what he thought was my issue when I was brought to Emerge by Ambulance. It was a long night waiting to see him but it was certainly a busy Thursday night. I am on the right track to getting taken care of by a surgeon. Many thanks to Dr. Loreto!!

Dr. Loretto should take more time to evaluate conditions and symtoms with patients in EMERG. I ended up at Emergency twice, on two differnt occasions. Can't remember the name of the first doctor who assessed my symptoms as the flu and sent me home. I had massive headaches and earaches with no infection in the ear canal. I was told the 2nd time in EMERG, a week later and by Dr. Loretto that I had TMJ (jaw disorder) and to call my Dentist! The Dentist took Xrays, wrote a painkiller prescription then sent me home. Thank God the painkillers took away the pain though I suffered for 3 1/2 weeks. 3 yrs later, I moved to London and again same symtoms. The Highbury Medical Clinic(I don't have a family doctor) sent me for MRI where I was diagnosed with a Tumor in my head the size of a small egg!
