Dr. Williams is an outstanding doctor. Degree in Finance - U. of Wash. Degree in Biology U. of Utah. Degree in Medicine - U. of Iowa. Residence U of Virginia. He is a dedicated professional. He continues on going study to keep up with the latest state of the art. He is a humanitarian.
