I went to Dr Azar for lumps in my neck, which she determined were malignant/cancerous. She is knowledgable and will explain the options in detail. However, she has a terrible bed-side manner and doesn't give much hope when a young adult is told they have cancer. She then proposed to do a Radical Neck Dissection, an extreme and disfiguring operation, as the biopsy procedure. I went with my second opinion surgeon who only made a small incision for the biopsy. Just be careful; Dr Azar is dangerous.

I saw Dr. Azar today for the first time for a "non suspicious" lump on the side of my neck/jawline. I found her to be very pleasant and she made me feel at ease from the get go. Turns out my lump is probably just a cyst and she has left it up to me as to whether or not I want to remove it. With demand down these days I found it great that she was not trying to push an elective surgical procedure just for business. I do plan to go back but it's because I want to and not because I felt any pressure to do so. If she's like this all the time I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to Dr Azar for 4 years for treatment of Meniere's Disease. She is, by far, the best Doctor I have ever had. She is patient, kind, compassionate and she takes the time to find out about your personal life and any issues you may have and asks about it at every appointment. She is very knowledgeable with Meniere's Disease and I would recommend her highly

We needed Dr Azar when we were away for a holiday weekend. I didn't want to make my son to a local hospital and wait in a waiting room. Dr. Azar called us back quickly and she was able to advise us over the phone (even with emailed pictures). She is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her.

A most disappointing experience. I went to Dr. Azar for help repairing a deviated septum. We scheduled the surgery for 8/31/11 but I was never given a time. I took the time off of work and did my part applying for financial aid. It took her staff forever to get back to me regarding a price for a portion not covered by my insurance. I followed up everyday and wouldn't receive a call back for days at a time. As the surgery date drew closer and I still did not have all the information I needed, I let the staff know of my disgust with their customer service. Their response was to drop me from the practice and refuse me the operation I badly needed. Now I am stuck without any other options as I can't pay out of pocket for my surgery. I almost lost my job because I took the time off work for medical reasons then had to take it back. I am appalled with the way the staff & Dr. Azar treated me. I did my part as a patient & followed up everytime, they dropped the ball & left me hanging. Grade F.

Seems very knowledgeable. Direct and open to questions about treatment and, persoanally, very likeable. Easy to establish trust.
