Dr Brasile and her entire staff was AMAZING! We went through fertility with her in 2016, the majority of the time I was on my own for appointments and ultrasounds while my husband was away. I was originally very anxious about having to do IVF but the staff was always right there for me. Everyone was so sweet and it was such a relaxing, calm environment. I would highly recommend her and look forward to seeing her again in a few years! We love you Dr Brasile!! Love Lauren Mark & the twins!

I have been a patient of MLF since November .... I met with Dr. Brasille for the first time and my Doctor did not have any appointments available so I went to the West Chester Office. I could not say enough wonderful things about her in the time she spent with me . She has taken me on as her patient after a bad experience with one of the staff in another office. I went to Dr Brasile because my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for a year. She took me in with open arms and explained everything she wanted to do. She was very quick with scheduling which I absolutely loved!!! She answered all questions I had and she made me feel so comfortable and wanted in her care. I had a round of Clomid and one IUI and now I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my first little one :) I will absolutely be visiting her with the baby and plan to go back to her for our future kiddos....I highly recommend Dr Brasile to everyone!

Hi,

To start with, I had very bad experiences with infertility treatments before meeting Dr. Deanna Brasile and the staff at Main Line Fertility.

On our first appointment with Dr. Brasile, she gave us the detailed consultation about my situation and the treatment procedures. She prescribed medicines very carefully and chose its dosage very scientifically. She and her staff supported us in each of our hard times. They took the right decisions to handle difficult situations. I was planning for IUI and started medications accordingly, but due to my health conditions, my ovaries were hyper stimulated and suddenly had to change the treatment procedure to IVF. Dr Brasile had suggested the best way to convert my IUI cycle into an IVF cycle, which is not easy normally.
Even with this situation, we had great news of positive pregnancy, thanks to Dr Brasile and her staff.
I and my Husband are wholeheartedly thankful to Dr Brasile for all her care and support throughout. We would happily reccomment her to anyone looking for such treatments.

She always rushed me, and decided to basically tell me I would never conceive with my own eggs without my husband present (pretty difficult topics to take in alone during a routine blood appointment). She also told me I was going to go into menopause within a year or two. Needles to say I got a second opinion at RMA and she could not be more wrong. I am currently pregnant and my new dr. was shocked to hear about her diagnosis.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Brasile for the past 8 months, and are thrilled to say that we are expecting our first child thanks to her care. During our time with Main Line Fertility we were mainly in the West Chester office, though our fertility journey also took us to Paoli and Bryn Mawr and allowed us to meet with Dr. Orris and Dr. Glassner as well. All three doctors and the staff of each of the offices were knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Brasile was wonderful throughout the entire process. She is always upbeat and never waivered in her confidence that she would get us pregnant. We really appreciated how straightforward she was, from guiding us when it was time to move to the next course of treatment to stepping out of her doctor role to tell us what she would advise a friend in our situation.

Overall, I would recommend Dr. Brasile and Main Line Fertility. The only reason I hesitate to give a five star rating is that through our eight months of appointments, the practice in general often felt impersonal and rushed. Although I’m sure there are a countless number of patients that come through the doors of MLF, infertility is a traumatic experience for each of us. That being said, after seeing Dr. Brasile, the nurses and staff on a weekly (sometimes even more often) basis for the better part of the year, it is truly bittersweet to be “graduating” to my OB/GYN.

Dr Brasile is not only knowledgeable, informative, and compassionate - as you would want any doctor, particularly in this field, to be. But in addition... She is astonishingly stylish, sweet, kind, patient, and empathetic. She is the kind of person with whom I would strive to be friends if she weren't my doctor. I not only felt comfortable, but genuinely like her. I found her to be forthright with me about what to do next, but also she held my hand through it all. I happy to report I will be having a baby girl in the spring! I not only give credit to her, but I also credit her for my peace of mind and sanity through the difficult process as well. I can't say enough wonderful accolades about her and all of MLF.

Two years ago, I was diagnosed as clinically infertile. My OB recommended Dr Brasile and I am eternally grateful. Dr. Brasile sat with my husband and I for countless sessions, going over information, educating us on options, preparing us for procedures and, ultimately, Giving Us Hope. She listened to our situation, addressed our concerns and was incredibly receptive to our questions, ideas and participation. In addition, I was extremely impressed at how compassionate she was, without being condescending. She had a positive, uplifting attitude, which is HUGE when you're going through such a tumultuous time. Frankly, I'm shocked at some of these negative comments as I feel like it couldn't be further from the Dr. Brasile my husband and I worked with.
One month ago I gave birth to a perfect, healthy, beautiful baby girl. She is the joy and light of my life, and I am so thankful that our story ended up this way. However, even were we unsuccessful in our attempts at pregnancy, I would still have nothing but good to say about Dr. Brasile. She was our advocate, ally and tireless fighter throughout one of the most difficult times in our lives. I highly recommend her!
