Dr. Antosz was dismissive, rude, and impatient. He did not provide any alternative treatments or explanations to why they were not available.

Dr. Antosz was rude, impatient, and disrespectful. He outright belittled a fellow orthodontist because they weren't doing the treatment the way he claims is the only way. He also had no time to answer my questions about his treatment, and kept telling me to talk to the girls, which I found insincere. And because of this behavior, my poor daughter had to experience this all and was upset. She does not want someone so abrupt and unkind as her Ortho. An Orthodontist should be caring and kind. If he can't even explain to me as a client for 5 minutes, that is a concern, since there are so many other places I can go - and am. Because of this experience I am moving my daughters' treatment to another place.

Totally agree with the last post. He is the most arrogant, rude and unprofessional human I have ever dealt with. Doesn't deserve even one star! The threats he gave my daughter made her come out in tears. Please don't send your kids to him

I had one appointment with Dr Antosz. He was arrogant, made a mockery of me when I asked a question about the next phase of treatment, and belittled me when I spoke of my concerns, including ongoing pain. I would rate him zero if I could.

I feel I need to step in and give Dr. Antosz the glowing review that he deserves, as in my opinion , there are many unfair reviews on here. I can tell you, as someone who has been through the wringer of treatments which would include-failed orthognathic surgery, questionable TMD treatment protocols, failing teeth due to a bad bite-Dr. Antosz indeed knows what he is talking about, and you’d be wise to listen instead of criticizing him for telling it like it is. My experience with Dr. Antosz and his entire team over this past year has been exceptional. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them as trusted office to provide the care & expertise needed for a phenomenal result.

I went to this clinic because my dentist referred me. The clinic is very fun and geared towards kids/ teens. Dr Antosz was on time and had a friendly demeanour. The free evaluation was very comprehensive with lots of images but what was lacking was that I wasn't asked what I wanted out of treatment (Did I want to protect my teeth? Did I want a nice smile?). Dr Antosz diagnosed me with TMJ issues, but I didn't present with any pain, tenderness or headache history. He suggested a splint (3400$) for 6-8 months, then possible elective jaw surgery (8000-10,000$) and/ or Invisalign and/or braces pre and post-surgery. Overall, my consult lacked a patient centred approach.

Dr Antosz is very relatable and easy to understand, I greatly enjoyed my visit with him and I am glad he took the time to explain what is going on.

Dr Antosz it over price and it’s been 2 years that my son is going there. I don’t see to much change and he said my son will need braces after treatment. My son broke his retainer while eating and I was charge for it too. Him it’s all about money. I don’t recommend Dr Antosz.

My daughter required a butterfly expander and she wore it for 6 months. When it was time to come off, she was very scared (having a phobia of the dentist which is now compounded TENFOLD - thank you very much). There are two sides of the butterfly that need to come off -- the first side came off and there was pressure and she cried. She was very upset and then Dr. Antosz proceeded to put his full hand over her mouth -- making it harder for her to breath as she was so frightened and was full on crying. The Dental Hygienist warned me to get her under control before he came over but my daughter was upset............I have never felt so angry or helpless as a parent because I knew the other side of the butterfly had to come off. I asked him to please remove his hand and he said she needed to stop crying. He was more worried about the crying and this affecting his business than his patient's well being. I was MORTIFIED. I will never recommend this Doctor and I feel bad for his staff. They were wonderful but he is TERRIBLE - time to retire Dr. Antosz -- my advice -- Do not go to this Doctor.

I not only feel overlooked but uncared for by this orthodontist. While he made my teeth straight, my facial structure has drastically changed due to my overlooked mouth breathing problems. I'm also starting to develop an overbite after braces due to my improper tongue placement that I was never talked to about. I have been going to this orthodontist ever since I was 6 and never once was confronted on the effects constant mouth breathing and improper tongue placement has on the face and teeth. When going through pictures they had of me ever since I was 6, it was very evident I was a mouth breather because my mouth was open in EVERY picture. I used to have a strong chin and jawline when I was younger but after 16 years of constant mouth breathing, my chin is terribly recessed. I know it was caused by mouth breathing because I used to have one and no one else in my family has a chin like me.

When I talked to Antosz about my concerns he gave me the impression that he either doesn't care or is thick headed. He told me that mouth breathing is possibly the reason my chin is recessed and that he had noticed my chin start to recess over the years implying that it was not his fault. This is his fault since my recessed chin could've easily been avoided if he had warned my parents about my mouth breathing and referred me to a mouth breathing specialist before my face was fully developed. He then suggested I get plastic surgery (sliding genioplasty) to fix my chin.

Not only was my mouth breathing overlooked, but my tongue placement was as well. He told me my teeth are starting to shift due to putting pressure on teeth when swallowing. Why didn't he refer me to a speech therapist before I got my braces off? It it very hard to avoid pushing my tongue against my teeth since thats what I've been doing my whole life. This was also his fault since this was never an issue that was addressed to me or my parents.

I understand no orthodontist is perfect but for the amount of money my parents paid, he could've put in more effort to prevent facial and teeth changes due to my mouth breathing. How could he have seen these issues for 10 years and not have said anything. I find it disgusting how my parents have given this guy thousands of dollars, and then he suggest we pay more money for plastic surgery to fix a problem that could've been avoided if he had cared.
