Dr. Demeireles was very helpful to our mother over the last 3 years of her life. She suffered from many age related issues including Parkinson's disease. She became more content with her situation after moving to the care of Dr. D. He was there to provide guidance for our family and patiently explained all issues and courses of action. His knowledge, experience, and compassion were greatly appreciated.

Extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and caring man. Dr. D takes the time to explain and answer questions about the illness and any solutions there may or may not be. He has an excellent bedside manner and treats the patient (and family) with respect and dignity. Very experienced with end of life issues.

My family was truly blessed to have such a compassionate and sensible physician. He cared for both of my parents up to their deaths and was always kind,accessible & compassionate. He dealth with end of life issues by not trying to prolong existance but to give the best quality and the most dignified and comfortable exit from this world. Watching him during the time that my parents were in the Nursing HOme, he always had time to talk to any patient who stopped him in the hallway; no matter how coherent or incoherent. What a blessing.

This doctor has a great bedside manner and seems to thoroughly enjoy working with the geriatric patients who see him. He is very knowledgeable and shows a deep level of concern for the welfare of his patients. He was very willing to discuss my mother's health concerns with me to guide the family through end of life issues.

Dr. Demeireles is an incredibly compassionate physician who spends a great deal of time with his patients. He truly cares about their whole health condition. When my mother was dying, he spent hours talking with us about her condition, what options she had and how we could provide her the most painfree and dignified death. He is truly a kind man. He managed her multiple health problems through many years and always took the time to explain why he was recommending certain treatments.
