Many complaints about wait times, but that because everyone knows he is good and has quite a following, takes time for a thorough exam, and time for explanations to patients. His regulars joke about the wait time.

I waited 2-1/4 hours to see him for a 3-minute visit. While I was waiting several other patients checked in and were called back ahead of me. I finally had to ask the next assistant that came out to check for me, before I was called back. My last visit was the same: I didn't get seen until after I tracked down someone to check on it, while other patients came and went.
