What a great office. Clean, games for the kids, and the front staff was very helpful regarding my insurance. I did have to pay about $75 at the appointment even with my insurance but I was ok with it because I received such fantastic service. Heidi spent extra time with me going over what to expect at the first appointment and reassuring me that everything would be fine.She was able to explain things in a way that I could understand and that really helped me feel better about making the first appointment. Dr. Downey was great and made sure all my questions were answered. He was good to my daughter as was his helper Amanda. I have to say I was surprised by the entire experience. The last dentist I took my daughter to made me feel bad that she had so many cavities. Dr. Downey was patient and understanding. From the first phone call to the last appointment I felt comfortable and my daughter felt safe. She loves Dr. Downey. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Downey is a Pediatrics Dentist. He is the best children's dentist I've ever dealt with! The staff is great and I never have to wait past my scheduled time. They really cater to children. They even have tv's on the ceiling for the kids to watch. AT the end the kid's get to pick out a nice little "parting gift" which they always look forward to since it's never the same. The doctor makes sure to come out and talk to the parent when the appt is over. Great doctor and great service. I highly recommend!
