I take my mom to see her in office. She listen and have eye contact. I feeling she do not have any knowledge about to make decision for clients, she keep referred clients to see specialist and all kind of test . Totally my mom need to take at lease 10 difference tests and 3 specialist .
I hear that what Irene do her business always refer to others until you feel tried to visit Irene again.

Dr Kwan is as good as her stuff is bad. I have been a patient there for over 20 years and the only reason that has kept me there is the fact that a family doctor is not easy to come by nowadays. Just console youself with the thinking that those two harsh women must have a very unhappy marriage and desperately need some place to vent their anger. Poor me is the pathetic place. I only hope that kind -hearted Dr Kwan is aware of how much I have to endure just to be her patient.

Terribly rude & so impolite of those receptionists. Yup, I've been her patient for so many years and from what I got so far from her is nothing except she just keeping on sending you to see specialist. It looks like she never really wanted to find out what's your problem and your concern. Anyway, it's a worse clinic I've ever seen.

The worst receptionists I have ever encountered since I have been here for over twenty years. It seems that your visits are bordering them a lot. I feel that the doctors who have only basic knowledge and could not give you an answer most of the time and of course they won't take any responsibility for patients and just sent them to specialists every time you have queries and they won't even explain as I believe they didn't know the answer sometimes. They are keen on pushing the responsibilities to the specialists.

Dr. Irene Kwan is a professional and knowledgeable doctor. She always listens your problems and tries her best to cure and help me. Also, she is very polite and patience doctor. She was my family doctor over 20 years. Excellent doctor. Unfortunately, her staff wasn’t that good but I get used to it. Since I knew their attitude, don’t expect too much and make myself feel better. Normally, my appointment time is the first or second one. If not, appointment time will be delayed almost an hour. Staffs are working there over 20 years as well.

I have been going to see Dr. Kwan for numerous years and every time, her staff are SO RUDE. If it wasn't so hard trying to find another family doctor, I would have left by now. I don't know why I put up with them. They make it seem like you are inconveniencing them. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED

My wife has been Dr Kwan's patient for over 17 years, obviously she trusts Dr Kwan. I usually accompany my wife to the clinic because she is not driving anymore. Unfortunately today I was rudely ordered by a staff to wait outside of their clinic because I was not a patient, I felt as if I was kicked out of there. My wife found out afterwards that they made a new rule at the clinic not to allow non patients in there, but I think that they forgot to train their staff on how to deal with it in a polite manner.

Dr. Kwan is a good doctor, however, her reception staff is so rude and disrespectful at all times. Worst doctor's office staff I have ever seen.
