I feel the doctor did a good examination he's set up me to get an MRI which I'll find out more information regarding my shoulders.

Very helpful and knowledgeable doctor who takes his time with each patient. My only complaint is the staff, which are difficult to communicate with, reschedule and sort out bills. As much as I like Dr.Chen, his staff at the front desk makes me think twice about going back.

Dr.Chen is very helpful, genuinely caring, and a wonderful doctor. He attempts to know his patients and actually remembers their medical history and conditions. One of the few physicians I've known who will call back when his staff says he will. I heard Dr.Chen has moved from Cupertino - he will be missed.
