Dr. Bitonti should have never become a Dr. her religion on birth control is outdated. She would be ok with a young girl that’s not married, hasn’t finished school, still lives at home and no job having no birth control to prevent getting pregnant. But she’s against abortions. So in her mind, you shouldn’t have sex until you’re married. Well, she NEVER HAD HER OWN KID. 🤔. We live in the twentieth century where there is protection for young girls. This should NEVER BE A NO! My mom had 9 kids because she didn’t have birth control and sex was NOT ILLEGAL. She WAS told several times by her parents to wait until she got married. You can’t tell 15 year-old NO!

Her staff need a lot more training. Every girl that works there are from the same nationalities so they speak about you ( the patient ) in their language which should not be allowed.

There’s one girl they ( the staff) call their manager who sits at the very back desk; SHES SO FREAKING RUDE! She IS NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL. She barks at her staff & also thinks it’s ok to just knock & walk in on a Dr. who’s with a patient just to say “goodbye and have a nice weekend”. Who does that?!

When I called another Dr. at a different location and asked if they would allow that; her response was “ABSOLUTELY NOT! that’s the patience time with the Dr. and should never be interrupted for anything!”

I’m my opinion. This office needs more training. Dr. Bitonti needs to post that her region gets in the way of some of her medical decisions.

She also needs to let her patience finish whatever it is they need to say without her cutting them off.

Dr. Bitonti is very caring and attentive. She doesn't rush through your appointment so anything you need to tell her, she takes the time to listen and is very thorough.

Excellent care in all ways. Medical records paper based so cross-references aren't always accurate. Means extra work for staff but has no negative effect on the health care patients receive.

Awesome doctor! Very kind and caring. She treats you as if you are a family member. Never rush through appointments always take time to explain and to ask questions. She's an outstanding Family Physician. Very knowledgeable and full of empathy

I see Dr. Bitonti when I cannot get in to see my main GP, who practices at the same clinic. I will no longer book with her, due to her outdated views on women's sexual health. She decided it was appropriate to discuss her views on abortion with me after I had suffered a miscarriage and had a medically necessary D&C. The last thing I wanted to do at my appointment was be involved in an argument about women's rights, but that's what happened. Her beliefs should bear absolutely no impact on any woman's choices, especially when it comes to reproductive health.

Dr. Bitonti is horrible! She's been my families family doctor for over 9 years and she is least concerned about our issues! She does not pay attention to your needs at all and is very rude , she was very negligent during a personal check up and due to that my family member was in 2nd stage of breast cancer because she did not even advice us to go do a mammogram when she felt it! She tries and rushes you out the door and does not prescribe medication that she says is against Catholism. I'm in search of a new family doctor because I am just fed up with having to go into walk in clinics to get medicines she won't prescribe to me. The staff at the clinic has improved greatly after that separated the staff according to doctors!
