Been going to see Gus since I was a child. He never fails to put a smile on your face, no pun intended. He is the type of doctor who really only puts your own health and well being in mind when deciding what needs to be done, and you can rest assured that he will do what is best for you.

Dr. Servinis seems like a nice and friendly person, as a dentist, well, the root canal he did was a failure. Went to him due to a painful tooth...he diagnosed not one but 2 teeth for root canal, side by side. Then he put 2 crowns attached together, because he said its stronger, but which is actually harder to clean because you cant floss easily, you have to use a threader. This being my very first root canal experience in my life, never had any clue. The crown was the wrong color, so I told him thats not the color I wanted and he sent it back to the lab to correct. After a week, I felt a sensitivity where the root canal is. I thought it was going to go away, it was still there after a month…. and years after. I decided to live with it because I didnt really want to go back to him, no pain, but still very slightly sensitive, only if you push slightly on the area. Fast forward 5 yrs after, went to a different dentist to have the crown replaced with 2 new separate crowns (still never liked the color), the xray shows infection on the area and I now need to have it re-treated by an endodontist or if not, extracted and have dental implants. She said the crowns should be separate. I had bone loss and slight gum disease on that area because I couldnt clean the area between the 2 joined crown as thoroughly (had i known, i would have insisted on separate crowns!). If he had done the root canal properly, I probably don’t have to deal wit this right now. Now I accept the fact that it was indeed a bad job (I had a gut feeling about it the first time that’s why I found another dentist in his clinic who also did a bad job on another root canal on my molar) and if he had done the crowns separately, I could deal with each tooth one at a time with my company insurance, but because they are joined together, both crowns have to be replaced and ends up more costly to me. Two of my friends have somewhat similar issues with him, root canal that turned bad after several years….coicidence? I don’t believe so. They have to tell their own stories. He’s probably good at other dental work, who knows, but root canal, go somewhere else. Another thing, billing is fishy. I guess you get what you pay for.

Amazing and wonderful! My previous dentist charged much more than Dr. servinis charges, and he's clean.

Amazing! Dr. Servinis is never late and he doesn't rip patients off! I've been a patient for 3 years and he's put braces on all 3 of my children, none of them complained. He is always helpful and the staff is very nice!

My family have been patients for about thirty years. Dr. Servinis is knowledgeable, talented and most important compassionate . He puts his patients first. Dr. Servinis' office is a one stop shopping experience and offers all services without referring you out. His office is updated and clean and his staff is generous, kind and informative. I would recommend this office to everyone. He also has 2 locations which make it convenient no matter what part of the city you are in.

I can't give Dr. Servinis a bad review. I have been a patient of him for over 20 years and now my husband and kids go to him. My oldest daughter just loves to see uncle Gus as they call him. I frequent the Finch office more then the pape office. I find it to be more relaxing . The pape office makes you feel like they are in too much of a rush and want to be done with you too fast. I will keep going to the Finch office as that is where we are most comfortable.

Good doctor a bit of an odd sense of humor. But his professional he is the best dentist in the gta. It took me forever to find a good dentist now that I have found this office there no way i am ever getting my teeth clean anywhere else. Not to mention he as staff one dental hygienist that been on staff for as long been there and she a pro at cleaning.
