This practice had grown too large and has is now run in a very bureaucratic and impersonal fashion. It's practically impossible to contact anyone via phone. As a standard, I wait 15min or more on hold and there is no general voice mail box to leave a message to request a call back. It's 50/50 with respect to getting a nice voice on the other end. The nice nurses are great, the others are are curt not compassionate. Seems to be one or the other, no in between. As someone working in the health care field for 10+ years, I've been disappointed to experience the decline in care (rushed appointments), and eroding customer service. I've been taking my kids there for 4 years - am looking for another practice after multiple conversations with other moms in the area.
