I had my children seeing her over the last couple years. No matter what the symptoms they had, or what we had said was happening it was always asthma according to her. She always wanted my kid on albuterol and steroids constantly. Several times I had brought my kids to see her and her diagnosis was asthma and I wasn't following her "plan" right, only to end up in the hospital with my child with things like flu, and whooping cough. No I am finally through with her and have brought my children to another doctor, and with the proper tests and actually listening to the parents the doctor found that she has a severe sinus infection. This is something else that was asthma according to her and my info was ignored. Meanwhile my child has been suffering for months. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDS HEALTH DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS DOCTOR! If I had the time and the money for an attorney I would get one just to make sure she doesn't treat any one else's children like this!

The staff there was extremely helpful and nice to my children when I was there for 2 years. From 2012 to 2014. DIDNT care for Dr. Kamdar at all, she seemed like she was always in a hurry to get us out of there, always criticized me and my husband for our parenting. Loved Dr. Gataneo and the NP Alissa and the MA's that were there at that time. They are the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Dr. Kamdar always broke confidential information about other pts. I could hear her talking to people about other pts, including myself, which I thought was illegal so it makes me wonder what she told other people about me and my children. If it wasnt for her other staff members I would have left a long time ago, and that is why I switched drs now because her now staff is unfriendly and the other dr and np are no longer there. Wouldn't recommend het to anyone!

Dr. Kamdar is a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring physician. She truly cares and shows love to her patients. She is very thorough; would be hardpressed to find a better pediatrician. We never have to wait beyond a reasonable amount of time. While there seems to be high turnover with staff there, her current staff are both respectful and kind.

My daughter is 16 and Dr. Kamdar has been our ONLY pediatrician since my daughter's birth. I have called Dr. Kamdar at all hours of the night and she has been so loving and caring even at midnight. When my daughter was little she'd even remember my daughter's stuffed animals' names and ask my daughter about them when they didn't "come along" to our visit. She will assert herself with any facility or any hosp'l to get her patients the treatment they deserve. Her patients come first. I love this doctor. She is like family. She isn't afraid to tell you she thinks you are making a bad decision and has influenced us to see things her way at times - we are so glad she did in hindsight. You come first if you are one of Dr. Kamdar's patients day or night. Don't know about the long office wait, we have not experienced it. Office staff have been very nice to us!

Dr. Kamdar seems like a nice, knowledgeable doctor. It's the long wait and unfriendly staff that I have a problem with. Most of the nurses always smell like cigarettes. Thinking about finding another doctor for my kids.

Dr. Kamdar is an absolutely wonderful, loving, caring doctor with an amazing amount of knowledge and understanding. However, over the past few years, the office has gone down-hill. LONG wait in the waiting room, LONG wait in the patient room. Staff changes continuously. Never the same people there anymore. Not sure what's happened. But I am sadly taking my children elsewhere, closer to home. I don't have the time to spend 2hrs at the doctor for each visit. Very sad, because Dr. Kamdar is an amazing woman. Very strong, confident, and caring. I will certainly miss her. My children are so sad. But I simply cannot do it anymore. The wait is just too long. :(

Dr. Kamdar has always provided wonderful care to our son. He was premature and less than 4 lbs the first time he visited her office. Although we often had to wait to see her when we did she was always very cautious and never accused us of being overprotective parents.

Dr. Kamdar is a WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC doctor that my children adore. I've been going there for more than 11 years. Over the past 5 years or so, I notice that I have to wait quite a long time before I can see the dr. Always running behind and the person at the desk is usually unfriendly and they change a LOT. Not what it used to be. I also have to drive a long distance to get there and usually end up at least 2 hrs. or more from arrival time to the time I leave. :( But I love her and her care, so have, so far - stayed.

I took my children to see Dr. Kamdar for MANY years...and in the beginning it was wonderful, the practice was run very smoothly and you could always expect to see the same faces (staff) whenever you were in there. I would have never dreamed of taking my children else where, until over the last few years it seemed her staff was in a revolving door, never the same nurses more than maybe a few times, I have a child with some serious health concerns and she was supportive in what ever she could do to help us on our journey, until recently, then phone calls were not returned, or messages were not given to her, not sure which, what ever the case, I know Im not the only parent with these concerns, as I know many parents that have pulled there children from the practice. Overall I feel Dr. Kamdar is a FABULOUS doctor, she has let things get away from her, and as a result, she has lost the trust of her patients.....I cried as well as my children when I had to make the decision to change Dr.s.
