Dr Ahmad has been my doctor for years. He has helped me get through difficult medical problems. I wouldn't change doctors for anything. He's been my saviour.

Dr. Ahmad listened to me and made me feel like he truly cared about how I felt. He was not in a hurry as many are. He took his time to hear my issues and developed a plan to overcome them. I have seen several doctors over the last couple of years and none have come close to the patient care given by Dr. Ahmad.

I saw Dr Ahmed for chronic fatigue and overall not feeling of wellness. He did a thorough exam and lots of blood and urine tests. Results came back I was Type 2 diabetic. He was very informative and started me on a path to wellness. Now seven months later, due to exercise and diet, I am medication free, my blood sugars are in the 87-94 range and I now feel great and look great. My blood sugar was 311 when diagnosed after fasting. You need to join a gym, lift weights, walk, and keep on a low carbs (30 grams daily) and high protein diet till things stablelize, then increase carbs gradually, if you still need them. Protien should be about 1 gram for every gram of weight. I use protein powder supplements daily (take like a milk shake with water) Only 3 carbs and 23 grams protein. The fat will quickly dissolve and your body will reshape and tone itself.
