DR. MATHEW G.ROACH has the Midas touch. I have been to literally dozens of chiropractors. Dr. Roach is on another plateau. his skills are unbelievable and incomparable. I was there last week with excruciating lower back pain. when I left, it was gone! He has a great deal of humility and is a regular guy.
His staff is very professional, efficient, cordial and gracious.

horrible, dont come here. he scams insurance companies to get most out of them and then turns around as scams you as you will not receive the care you're insurance is paying for (he pockets the money). dont come here, this roach is a rat. they never once gave me an X-ray, i went in for lower back pain, he did know were to start beacuse there was no X-ray ever so he just start cracking my forcibly now my whole back in major pain all over. i got a new chiropractor he said i have scar tissue over the area that were this roach hit me. dont come here, get a new chiroparacter. dont trust this person, he cares only about himself hes a BLOCK HEAD.

I was referred to Dr. Roach by my PCP in August of this year. I was skeptical regarding chiropractors but was assured by my doctor that he had referred literally hundreds of patients to Dr. Roach with excellent results. I have chronic neck and back pain and have been taking pain medication for years and recently have had to stop all medication due to liver problems. Their office was professional and friendly and Dr. Roach was attentive and compassionate during the exam. I was very nervous about a spinal adjustment but Dr. Roach talked me through the whole process and I noticed immediate relief following treatment. After a few more treatments during the next couple of weeks I'm happy to report almost full relief of my chronic(10+ years) pain. I have since referred my wife and a friend. I am a believer.

I visited Dr. Matthew Roach on 4/25/2013 for a PPD rating and he said I see you’re missing your index finger I’ll get the report done and send it out. I replied; you’re not going to measure my fingers and after talking for a few minutes he did and he commented how much my thumb was lacking motion. To my surprise when I received my PPD rating it included my other fingers but not my thumb. My thumb flexion at the MP joint is 30deg normal range is 60deg and IP joint is 50deg and normal range is 80deg. I have a 3cm gap when attempting to oppose the right thumb to volar 5th MP joint. So I’m not capable of putting my right thumb on my palm but can without a problem with my left thumb to palm. I emailed my workers comp claim adjuster today, she replied; Spoke with the doctor and he states the PPD is appropriate and there will be no addendum to include thumb. Sad that this simple error could not be corrected, now I have to appeal and go through the process again with a different rating Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roach for 12 years. I was referred to him by a relative and in turn have referred many of my own family members to him. Dr. Roach is the best chiropractor in Vegas. He is always able to adjust my neck and back and I always feel 100% better after leaving his office. I say he is the best because I have been to chiropractors my whole life and most chiros have had great difficulty adjusting my spine. His staff is very friendly and alway remember my name. I can always get into his office on short notice and his staff always lets me know if there will be a wait. I would recommend Dr. Roach to everyone. He is knowlegable and caring.
