Dr does not read medical history,
Terrible office they released medical records without permission.

His bedside manner is horrible and downright unethical. His staff is like a revolving door. Guess no one wants to work for this arrogant sob. Will never pick up the phone to answer a question about blood work, as he never schedules blood work before a follow up. Instead has one of his short term and therefore untrained employees deliver vague messages. Will force you to make another appointment to talk to him, which is greed and trying to book insurance payment, If question him at all, you will get threatening letters via certified mail.I've been going to him for year with Type 2 diabetes, my Parents for years who just passed recently. He could not give a darn about what I had just gone through, He is smart but has ZERO people skills. His staff are idiots, Called me when my Dad was dying in ICU, and thought it was me in the hospital. We didn't even share the same name! HIPPA aside, I got very upset naturally. Not only did the Office Manager not apologize, she asked me to apologize for getting upset! How DARE she! Unexplained delays in med refills, refills going to the wrong pharmacy. I don't know what's happened to this Dr. 20 years of relationship with me and my family, and I get treated like this? Maybe he hates what he's doing. Well here's 64,...maybe time to retire Glowacki! STAY away from this practice, and especially this Doctor!

The doctor's in this practice are good but they allow the staff to triage over the phone. I called on a Fri. morning for a sick appointment. The receptionist asked for by date of birth, name, presenting problem and then said they had no more appointments for the day. She told me she could make an appointment for Monday. This is totally unacceptable and I will be looking for a new group of doctors.

Doctor spends a good amount of time with you. Not rushed but often have to wait in waiting room .

I've been to many internists. Dr. Glowacki is the only one who doesn't whip out a prescription form after 2 minutes to send you off to the pharmacy for an antibiotic that won't cure what ails you. He will never be adequately reimbursed by the insurance company for the time he spent diagnosing my problem(s). He doesn't just listen to you, he actually hears, and responds intelligently, to what you are saying. That's a rarity for a doctor in this day and age where internists get reimbursed only $65 per visit. I rarely wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and rarely more than 15 in the examination room. I have spent more time in other doctor's offices to get lousy care. I'll gladly wait 25 minutes to get the kind of care I get from Dr. Glowacki. He's great. Do not listen to those who complain about double booking. What doctor can survive these days if he only takes one patient at a time. Dr. Glowacki is the real deal, a doctor who cares and knows what he is doing.

The longest I have waited was 45 minutes (an acception). He is professional, down to earth, and can be talked to, not at all condescending. Hie staff is helpfull, friendly and professional. Excellant diagnostician, and if needed,recommends only the best specialists in the area. I judge other MD's by his standard

My husband sees Dr. Glowacki and I see Dr. Nardone in the same practice. I sent my husband to Dr. Glowacki because he has an excellent reputation and my husband is stubborn about going to doctors. I knew that Dr. Glowacki would spent the time with him and be thorough. He found a thyroid/hormone issue took the time to go through his medical history, since my husband hadn't been to a doctor in quite a while. My husband was impressed, he is an excellent doctor and worth the wait.
