PROS: Dr. Cirullo was on time, had examined past lab work, made notes, and was overall prepared for my visit. I felt he genuinely listened to me and offered knowledgeable information. Also, the woman who made my appointment was absolutely wonderful and personable. CONS: The follow up was severely lacking. When I needed further clarification on my lab results, the office kept referring me to his assistant who is virtually impossible to get in touch with. When I finally received a voice mail message back from her, she told me she would call me back again the next day. A week later, she had not followed through with that statement, and no phone call was received. I called back and left a couple more messages on various days following, begging her to call me for clarification on my lab results. As of now, two weeks after my first inquiry, no return call has been received from Dr. Cirullo's assistant regarding my questions despite the number of message I have left for her.

He did not help me at all. His bedside manner is really awful too.

I am on the fence with the staff, however I don't want a happy lovy feely doctor to help save my life! I want one like Cirullo who will put everything aside and look at the facts. I want to get better not patted on the back and I feel he has earned it. Some folks commenting in this rating seem to have forgotten that the nicest Dr may not save your life but Cirullo certainly will give 110% to try.. Thanks ~ James

Another doctor I see who takes into consideration what I have to say and never leaves me thinking I do not understand my own body. I find Dr. Cirullo willing to take the time to hear me out and not interrupt. While he is always professional he is also friendly and personable. Glad to have him on my side. kate noah A side note: Great West is our insurance company yet not offered as an option above. ??

His assistant is very unfriendly and he is very rude. Between the two of them, we will never go back. He was rude for no reason that we know of. He did nothing and was rude while he was at it.

He is extremely sharp. I've been to A LOT of doctors, and he's a good one. I have Lupus and am a very complicated case. He explained things well, took time to really dig into my blood work and meds and interactions between them. He's throrough, personable and he LISTENS! He's friendly and supportive and active in community service for children. He fixed my prob and I haven't had to go back! yay

His assistant is rude and thoughtless. He takes a LOT of time off and he and his assistant can be very hard to get ahold of/see but once you actually get to him he's very good.

He is willing to listen and answer any questions you might have. He acknowledges that everybody is different. He has been the most helpful doctor I have ever had.
