Doctor Maguire came into the patient room on June, 13th, 2022 around 9am. I had a recent MRI of my lower back due to numb/tingling issues. I have an old MRI (est. of 2017) of my NECK stating, Degenerative Disc Disease and Spinal Stenosis. Dr. Maguire had told me that there is nothing new going on in my lower back. I was attempting to ask him if the problems in my neck were the cause of the numbness and tingling, however, he had cut me off and said how he would not be looking into my neck that he is not concerned about it. He told me to go take some Ibuprofen and do Physical Therapy. I asked him to please do an updated MRI of my neck. He laughed at me then told me how he will not be doing that then asked " Arent you the one with the lawsuit?" , I said "no, what are you talking about?". I have no lawsuit against this man and now that he mentions it , maybe I will soon. Im so disgusted by how a doctor could be so ignorant and rude to a patient. Apon, leaving the patient room, he continued ranting so I left and yes I did tell him " You do not talk to me like that" and I did call him a quack doctor. I am 37 years old with a history of physical problems. My father served in Vietnam with exposure to Agent Orange which left me and my siblings with various health issues since birth. I have had numerous times with doctors discriminating against me for my looks of being much younger than my age. I please would like something done. This Doctor should never speak to anyone this way. He should not be a Doctor if there is no help for patients to receive.

Dr. Maguire has been a true blessing. I was bedridden about 8 months with severe nerve pain in my hip, leg and foot. Dr. Maguire did decompression and fusion surgery and the pain was gone post-op. He is caring and compassionate. I tell him every visit that he saved my life. I highly recommend him.

Dr.james maguire is one awesome doctor he done back surgery and i feel much better but now im going back to him for other back pain he is the one i would recommend to anyone caring and sweet he will sit and listen to everything you have to say

Dr. Maguire is informative, knowledgeable and skilled. I was very pleased with my treatment & results. I would highly recommend him to anyone== needing an Ortho Dr.

Dr. Maguire completed spinal fusion 2 mo. ago on me. Professional, knowledgeable, genuine care and concern for patient. Have had 1 cervical fusion and 2 back fusions by him and wouldn't consider going to anyone else. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Maguire fused the L4 and L5 in addition to a laminectomy of the L4 on 8/14/2020. It is now 4 weeks post-operation. After having to limit activity from one chair to another 6 yards apart to slight activity of walking 30 yards for 6 months, things are looking great. I am able to now walk a 1/4 mile before my muscles start barking at me (I do 4 or 5, 1/4 mile walking sessions per day.). It seems to take forever to retrain atrophied muscles. I still have some slight numbness in my right thigh, otherwise everything went well. I still need to be careful about twisting and bending as the sharp pangs of pain remind me. Dr. Maguire explained the process thoroughly. You do need to have your questions ready to be sure and get your answers. Dr. Maguire does not waste time. I would recommend Dr. Maguire.

Dr. Maguire is amazing. He makes sure that you clearly understand what is going on with your conditions. Also is very mellow in attitude and his bedside manners is wonderful.

Dr Maguire is a very good doctor. I am recovering from my 2nd fusion. He has helped me so much, I really trust him.
