His staff are so rude, receptionist had an attitude problem, always late. Rushed my initial appointment and I had to essentially chase him down to get my questions answered. Didn't explain the procedure just told me I had to get these things done, suggested treatments that ended up being unnecessary (but costly!), he didn't even even looking at me when he spoke.

Had a very bad infection in a molar next to a missing tooth I was thinking of having replaced by an implant. Also had the same tooth on the otherside missing and was looking at both being done. As I was making up my mind as to get the implants, the tooth that started this whole thing went nuts... Within 2 days had a lump the size of walnut and difficulties swallowing. Call the office, since I already had my work up for the implants. Dr Farber was not available but was looked after by two of his associates!! Was not charged for any of those apps! Once all the swelling had come down, Dr Farbar removed the one tooth and inserted the two implants. After all that, things went fantastic! Had NO complications at all!! As for the implants.... Feel like they are natural teeth!! It was a bit pricy, with a large down payment and 10 postdated CC slips, I could not be happier!!! As far a pain.... A little the evening of.... But didn't need any pain meds the day after!!!
A great doc and very understanding!!!! If I was in need of an oral surgeon..... I know where I will be going!! Also, all the staff were GREAT!!!!!

Just had my wisdom teeth removed. Dr Farber was very informative at the consultation. He answered all my questions and took all the time I needed until I felt comfortable with the surgery. I had very little swelling and was back to school the next day. I had a great experience and really liked his staff. I highly recommend him and his office.

I had bone grafting and implants placed by dr farber and I am very pleased with the results. At my consult dr farber spent a lot of time explaining things including showing me what my surgery entails on an iPad. He took the time to answer all my questions and I felt very reassured. After the surgery I had very little pain or swelling and I was expecting more. He had seen me for some appointments afterwards and still takes time to make sure things are going well. I am very happy with him and his office and would definitely recommend him!

Excellent Surgeon.

Bad at giving information. Rude, uninformative, and hasty.

Had trouble getting important information at consultation, at surgery, and at later check-up.

He should hire someone who can answer patients questions.

I found the office staff were really friendly and helped me with all my insurance stuff. i did have to wait 20 minutes for the doctor but he too his time to answer all my questions. his first appointment lasted over 30 minutes to talk about my wisdom teeth. He even explained some things not related to those teeth because i had questions. After my surgery i had no pain or swelling. They put me to sleep and it was a great experience. I think Dr. Farber has very good skills. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family or friends.

I had three wisdom teeth removed by Dr Farber. All of my appointments were 'first thing' in the morning (or at least I thought they were) but when I arrived for my appointments there were always 3-4 people ahead of me and it took about an hour to be seen. The Dr seems to know his stuff and explained the procedure but was very rushed and I had a hard time taking in what he was saying. I specifically requested not to be sedated multiple times but was knocked out cold for the entire procedure. I found the experience of being knocked out without my consent very traumatic. Also, the last thing I remember before I went under was the nurse/assistant telling me that they don't wash their blood pressure cuffs between patients. I went to this surgery because it was recommended by my regular dentist; when I had my next appointment with her I suggested she doesn't recommend them again.
