I left this practice after being a patient for many years. I repeatedly told Dr. Aronwald that I wasn't feeling right and after being told repeatedly that my "numbers were fine" I found another doctor who treated me like a person and listened to me. Unlike most other offices, the staff in the office were kind and helpful.

Doctor takes the time to listen. He is very thorough. Takes a few minutes to chit chat and he has a great sense of humor. Always on time, never a wait. Staff always appears to be in a rush. They need to stop, breath and smile.

This doctors proffesionalism is very poor. The staff is also very disorganized. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. When a concern is voiced to this doctor, his response is, "What do you want me to do, whip the girls?" In addition, he doesn't seem to be concerned about losing patients since he suggested I find another doctor. A simple I'm sorry and I will talk with the girls would have been enough.

Dr. Aronwald has a reputation for being knowledgeable in his field, but having a poor bedside manner. On a positive note, the office staff is always very nice and helpful.
