Dr DeSalvo is the best doctor in Myrtle Beach. She is extremely smart and you can tell she really cares for her patients. She is willing to take extra time to explain things and is always respectful. She is the best.

Staff were not nice when we were trying to find out about my test results. The Dr. said I was in a higher Kidney Failure Stage on my last visit to her. Tried to get test results from the office as she instructed and I was give a run around and told if I was in that bad of shape I should go to the hospital (THIS WAS BY OFFICE STAFF)! I now go to a new Doctor and I am only in Stage 3 and am doing well, and get treated very well by his office Staff! IF YOU DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH SICK PEOPLE YOU SHOULD GET A DIFFERENT PROFFESSION OR BE NICE TO PATIENTS YOU TREAT AND TALK TO THEM NICELY, THEY HAVE ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH.
